The Florida Mall — Attraction in Pine Castle

I went here for my friend Ambers bridal shower gift. I walk in and saw that it was emptier than I expected on a Friday at Spring Break time of the year. But I was looking for Victoria Secret, what I found was the smaller store Pink. This is supposedly like the bigger store, yes and no. I had a wonderful helper, she had beautiful eyes that sparkled when tge light hit her eyes. Francesco I believe was her name and asked what I was there for. Her smile gave me the sign that she was here to help me spend time with me. I told her what size bra I needed and panties. She took me in the correct area and told me there special add they were running. Ask if I had a VS credit card and how I would save if I opened one, she was good. I said no thank u. She would try periodically though the time I had to look. I was on a time limit from my husband who does nit like to wait. I would of spent more if he was more patient, but he is very cautious with our money. Anyway, in the end I got a bra for myself on sale. Wanted a bathing suit, but too much for me. They also carry gator shirts and jamie pants, also too much for me. The check out line was 7 people deep, but one of your consultant noticed this and came to help. 1st she got someone, older than her to wait on her customer and help the nect in line. Only wsited 10 mins, then my turn a girl with brown eyes and hair as dark as midnight pulled up in a bun ask who helped me and was I using my VS card today? I said no, my helper over there already tried her best to change my mind. My consultant was bust with another customer, I needed to know if the bra I had found on tge sale rack was actually on sale since the tag did not say. She saif 'yes' and I got something for myself. My husband texted me to meet in the food court. I paid for the lingerie and thanked the consultant for het help and proceeded to the food court. Auntie something has the pretzel nuggets I like there and found my husband. Put my bags down with him and went looking. When I got there, a dark haired girl abd a thin male guy with his blond hair on his hair were working. The girl at the register was workjng on 6 people from 1 family. The case was almost empty and it was only 11:30am. She sold them what she had even though they did not look happy, I would soon find out why. Theu were out of everything, I asked about the nugguets. She said it will be 20 mins. I said the onex in the case are burnt, I wouldn't sell those, She said can't throw away product! This is not the correct answer, I was in the food business for 10 years and this is the wrong answer. This is product I agree, but you lost a sale on the look of the product to this consumer. I said no thank you and there was no remose from her. I headex to the food court, nothing was available for me witb bad acid reflux, until I saw Subway. Had to wait until they restocked the meat before ordering, then a nice young kid helped me . He must of been new since later his numbers to ring me up did not work. I told him it was simple, 6 inch with turkey on white with mayo and a water. He asked, that's it? Yes. He had to get the nanager to help with numbers and then I was off. My husband was down eith his fried chicken dinner from the Oriental place nextdoor, so we left. Stopped by Disney store, no one came to ask us if we need anything. We were looking for a Disney princess, and all we found were dresses for $ over 100 dollars. Im sorry, but for a 4 year old, you want to get something that last for a while at $100 dollars. It started to get busy...

My visit to The Florida Mall was truly enjoyable from start to finish. This is by far one of the largest and most diverse shopping centers I’ve been to in Orlando. The mall offers a huge variety of stores that cater to all tastes and budgets — from popular international brands to unique specialty shops you don’t often find elsewhere. I especially enjoyed how clean, bright, and spacious the entire mall feels, making it easy to walk around and explore without feeling cramped.

I was able to enjoy a great meal and then continue shopping without having to leave the building. Parking is plentiful and free, and I found the staff in most stores to be friendly and helpful. The only downsides during my visit were that the public restrooms were not as clean as expected, and the air conditioning in the dining area felt quite low, making it a bit warm while eating. These are small issues that could be improved to match the mall’s otherwise high standards. Also, it can get busy during weekends and peak tourist seasons, but that’s to be expected in such a popular place.
