I would like the staff here to be more friendly and more sociable. I love shopping here and the overall experience is good, but the people are often seemingly indifferent and uninterested. I spend my money here so I feel I should get a warmer welcome sometimes. Your staff members are representing your entire business and that needs to be clear...
