Wow, what an amazing experience! The first timer process was easy and explained thoroughly - then you are given time and space. The Float Spa was like being in an oversized flat-bottom tub with 10" of warm water but with salt - a half ton of it. You shower off, towel your face dry (pro-tip right here), choose music (L, M, H, Off) and lighting (On / Off), then slowly get in, sit down, lean back, and become easily buoyant. You can stretch and move like never before, hold yourself in comfortable positions you didn't know existed. Your mind slows and becomes silent. I imagined floating in space, in the ocean, in clouds - then turning off the music and lights - experienced true isolation and darkness. Had my first float today. Honestly it was much more effective than I had expected. The staff is so nice and welcoming, the facility felt clean and relaxing. During the float after awhile felt I was able to relax and during didn’t know how effective it really was than my normal meditation practice until it was over…I was amazed about the amount of stimulation i had been shut out to. And almost felt a “high” lol Felt much more relax, present, and shifted my mood incredibly after going into it with a lot of anxiety from the day prior. Would highly recommend at the very least trying it and seeing it for your yourself. Everyone is different but for me it was an incredible experience and will most Definitely come back for...

AMAZING!! I came across this place while searching for a spa and it did not disappoint!!! I originally booked for the individual pod but after arriving decided to go with the cabin/tank instead just because it was bigger, the room itself had more space and it wasn’t as warm in the room like when you walk into the pod room. Facility is very clean, quiet and the float experience itself was RELAXING!!! Literally step in, sit down and instantly your legs will lift up to float. Just lay back and enjoy! There was a personal shower in the room with a robe, towel, wash cloth as well as soap, shampoo/conditioner. Ear plugs are also provided.
