For the past 2 months the USPS has been slapping yellow "return to sender" stickers on our business mail and returning it to the sender - for what reason... I do not know. We have been in the same location and receiving mail there, for the past 8 years!
I have contacted the customer service department who then contacted the local office, who then contacted me via email to say they were looking into the situation and would work with me until it was resolved... I have since emailed Paul at the Evans, GA USPS approx. 4 times in the past week, requesting updates from his "investigation" - not once has he responded.
Since this has happened, they have been returning payments/checks to our customers and vendors. Our Lowes account was temporarily suspended because they sent our invoices back to them. Then today I got an email from an insurance company saying that the Post Office once again returned a check to them.
USPS is costing us valuable time and money and as a business, we do not appreciate the lack of concern. I contacted customer service again, who stated they would "escalate" the issue to the local district office (who is apparently above the Evans location) and I have still yet to hear anything back.
Also, for YEARS the delivery person has been putting our business neighbors junk mail in my box - I continually put sticky notes on it that say "this is not our mail" and put the flag up, but I do not get paid to divvy up everyone's mail in our building!
Scratching my head... what in the world is going on with the USPS? So tired of...

I saw that he did not stop to get my mail to be picked up and I met him with my mail at my neighbor’s mailbox and asked him why he didn’t stop. He said because it was blocked. I asked him if that was my problem and he looked at me like I was crazy. I handed him my mail to take and had to ask him if he had mail for me. Our regular mail carrier always gets out to get or put mail in boxes in our neighborhood all the time. I called the Evans USPS location and told the person that answered the phone. She told me he was not to pick up or deliver to mailboxes that are blocked. He is supposed to give me a letter explaining why he didn’t deliver (which he did not or even mention). And if it happened again, they would stop delivering mail to me all together. She apologized for his actions, but she never asked me where I lived. No wonder the USPS does not make any money and are going under, no customer service and yes, I am a customer! Don’t expect us as tax payers to bail you all out until you learn what customer service...
