Weston Jewelers Hard Rock — Attraction in Davie

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Weston Jewelers in the Hard Rock Casino. I called ahead specifically to inquire about wedding rings, and not once was it mentioned that they no longer carry them at this location. I made a special trip only to find out they had nothing available and that I’d have to visit their main store—which was closed that day. A complete waste of time.

Even more frustrating, we clearly stated that we were dealing with a manufacturer defect on a ring purchased from them, and they still didn’t think to call their main store to confirm anything or offer assistance. For a retailer that positions itself as a high-end jeweler, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected more care, attention, and basic communication. Won’t be returning.

(in response to business) There were multiple calls to the business, and no mention was made of wedding rings being moved to the main location. We didn't go to the main location until the following weekend, when I was off from work, and no messages were passed. How long would you have me wait until the message gets delivered, and I be considered patient? And as I mentioned to your main location, handling shipping isn't even the least you could have done. I just wondered inside to take a look with my sister on vacation. Janine A. a sales associate met us with a smile. My sister was interested in rings and a paperclip necklace she saw in the window dressing. So I got my finger measured, for fun alongside my sister. She may have a future engagement. However, I had no idea how in depth the entire process could become. Janine talked about size, style and what may be appropriate for a person's fingers. I loved that she explained that jewelry is personable, and unique for each person. I also loved the story she told about a certain designer, R. Coin, and that he purposely hid rubies inside his jewelry. It made you want to find it... and the pieces were of top quality. Just a Wonderful experience! Thanks, Janine... My sister and I had the pleasure of meeting Janine Anbinder in the store at the Hard Rock. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Janine went above and beyond a sales associate. We discussed future wedding rings for my sister. She measured my sisters ring fingers for an accurate size and we were amazed at the difference between the types of rings, bracelets etc. Honestly, Janine introduced me to a new brand of Jeweler (Roberto Coin) design collection. This was due to my interest in the new paper clip gold design. The selection at this store location was fantastic. I truly wanted to sing the praises of Ms. Anbinder and will be coming back to the store for that special purchase. Thank you Janine! I will not lose your card and will see you soon.
