We spent five nights in cabin 6 and loved it. Our adult son joined us for three of the nights. So much is packed into the cabin. The owners have so many details thought out to make it so easy to be comfortable. The welcome notebook was helpful (unlike most).
The kitchen is very well stocked. Everything we needed and more was provided.
The futon in the living room area is reported to have been very comfortable. The dining table worked well for our family.
The bedroom was great. The bed was very comfortable. There are hooks in strategic locations which really helps with managing out stuff. The closet was perfect.
The bathroom had great shelving, so there was actually enough room for three people to have their toiletries.
There are plugs and chargers strategically located too.
The mini split heat pump heaters kept the place toasty (except when it was so warm outside that we had the door and windows open). The induction cooktop was cool to get to use. (I'm planning to get one soon, so it was great to use one before buying one.) The tankless water heater works like a charm.
The location is Gardiner works well. It was nice to walk 100 yards to the grocery store (that is surprisingly well stocked).
Communication with the owners was exactly what we needed - not too much or too little.
it was fun to see deer and rabbits in the yard.
We had a really good time...
Read moreWhat an exceptional experience! Olga and Noah are super hosts! They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything you could possible need is there. Lotion, detergent for laundry, q-tips, spices, cooking oil, coffee, games, robes and on and on. The cabin is adorable!! It easily sleeps 6 to 7 people. The river out the bedroom window and patio is so beautiful and relaxing!! It is decorated very attractively. They were super easy to communicate with. The place is very well maintained. You can tell they really care about the cabins. What else is great about the place is the location. Less than a half a block away is a coffee shop and breakfast shop to your left and a grocery store just a little farther down the street. To your right are many restaurants within walking distance, a gas station and groceries there too. Gardiner is such a charming town!! Every time we go to Yellow Stone we will definitely stay here!! You have to stay here. You will be so happy you did!! Book in advance. It’s so...
Read moreWe own and operate a marketing firm for adventure tourism outfits around the world. In that, we've traveled to and experienced different levels of hospitality in 39 different countries. We also operate a mountain bike camp in Helena. Only saying this because we've seen it all.
This being the case we're happy to say Yellowstone's Treasure Cabins thinks of everything. Our friends used the biggest cabin and we used one for two people. Both kitchens were well equipped. We cooked breakfast and Dinner each night and had what we needed. It's always a pleasant surprise to find glass wine glasses. We've been to many cabins and suites across Montana and the kitchen equipment tends to look like the leftovers from a yard sale.
The beds were comfortable.
The entire building and property were well maintained and clean.
The value for the price is definitely fair. We don't look for good deals, we look for fair deals. This is...
