Checked the site hours. Drove there after work (it took an hour to get there), to exchange a Christmas present for a different size. Site says it closed at 10. Got there at 7:05 and the whole mall was closed. December 22nd-- Christmas week. Suggestion: update your site info to reflect your business hours of operation. As I have often said, I am a fan of outlet malls, particularly for the potential bargains. Note: I said potential bargains. You have to hunt for the bargains. Do not believe the signs. Look at the prices. Carefully. Not everything you touch at any outlet mall, and this is no exception, is a bargain. What a wonderful outlet shopping experience! Clear signage saying what stores are where, clean bathrooms, and in multiple places, and lots of benches and chairs to sit while waiting.

Our favorite feature, by far, was the super dog friendly atmosphere in every store. Some stores had dog water bowls right there in store. Employees were so happy to see dogs and had treats on hand to make the dog shopping experience that much better.
