I placed an order at 8 PM online, all their signs online and in the store say they close at nine. I received a call shortly after my order that was supposed to be ready at 8:20 telling me that my order was canceled because they close at 8:30. When I spoke to the manager harmony the next day to express my disappointment she told me it was my fault for believing what Google said anyway. If they pay for their website maybe they should make sure it’s accurate it’s not up to Google. The customer service was horrible. I tried to file a complaint online and was unable to do so until l and reached someone in corporate for the store numbers that aren’t all on the receipt like the website says they are. The only response I got back was sorry for your inconvenience. In the meantime I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get a refund. I’ve written a letter to the owners of the franchise and have received no response. My sandwich order was a 6 inch lettuce tomatoes cheese and mayonnaise, not a hard one. While we're taking a minute to decide what to eat, the male worker ducks into the back room to join another who's clanging and banging. So we wait and wait. Finally the female finishes and begins to make our lunch. The afore mentioned male reappears too. This is a case of misplaced priorities. Customer service trumps cleaning and stocking. Especially with three on duty. And is it me? Read moreI ordered two subs online for me and my girlfriend, got there and found my order with my name on the shelf and when I got home I had two subs that were not mine. When I reached out to say that I wanted to be refunded I was told I wasn't being honest and I received the correct sandwiches. I ordered turkey and a tuna sub and received chicken with bacon and a gross orange sauce and a tuna sub with completely different veggies. I should not have to pay for food that I did not order and I should not be told I wasn't being truthful by Kayla the Multi manager.
