Subway — Restaurant in Coral Springs

It’s a shame that this subway happens to be the one that is right near our house. Several times over the past few weeks we have been to subway and the girls that work there care more about tending to their friends and giving out them free food, then prepping the food/customer service. Low on bread, out of certain meats, constantly on cell phones and NEVER EVER do they have the cookies that everyone loves from subway. They must make them first thing In the morning and then never again because no matter what time you go. They will be out of them. It’s just a damn shame because it’s such a good location and so close to home. The cameras are there for a reason... It’s time to start monitoring...

Went there a few months ago with my mom on her day off after her eye surgery. Wanted something quick and not too much. We split a turkey sub. First, pretty sure the meat was bad. It tasted rancid and we both had stomach issues a few hours afterwards. Second, their iced tea dispenser was not working and when we told the staff - looked like the daughter or relative of the owner - she immediately asked if we did something to it, as if customers are responsible for their machines. Rude staff and rotten food. Never been to a subway this bad. Haven't been back since and...

Today I went to buy a sandwich and Jeremy was the one who served me. Today was the best costomer service. Everything was the perfect every single vegetable was cut perfectly and it was perfect he gave us a wonderful time with the conversation and the sandwich was the best sandwich ever. There should be more servers like this. It’s a shame that I gave him a 5 dollar tip and that it doesn’t go fully to him. But it’s the best costumer service ever! Thank you Jeremey you just won this subway a costumer for many...
