She had excellent reviews and I loved the results in the pictures so I decided to schedule an appointment. I called her and was able to schedule an appointment with her. Right away she sent me instructions on what to avoid prior my procedure. This was a great first impression already. I thought it was amazing as I didn’t know I had to avoid certain things. The day of my procedure I got there and met maysa. She was friendly, professional, and caring. She asked me questions about what I wanted, made suggestions, and also went over my medical history. That definitely gave me another great impression of her. Right afterwards we started to work on my eyebrows and my lips. During the procedures multiple times maysa asked me if I was doing okay and if I needed any more numbing cream. Maysa explained every single step during the procedures, since I’m a nurse I thought that was the best way to make clients comfortable. The place is extremely clean organized, cozy, with great music which maysa also asked me if I was okay with. Maysa took plenty of time to do my procedures, wasn’t rushing, and kept asking me for my opinion about how everything looks.
