Doug Doggett Jewelers — Attraction in Cullman

My husband and I visited Doug Doggett Jewelers just to ask if they could fix our wedding rings (three in total: two wedding bands and an engagement ring). I was worried the diamonds might fall out, as they had become a bit loose. My husband's ring also had a drill mark on it because he was wearing it while working and accidentally hit it with a machine.

We both stopped wearing our rings to avoid losing any of the diamonds. I had already lost one baguette diamond from my engagement ring a few years ago and had it repaired, but unfortunately, it didn’t look the same afterward.

Let me tell you — the team at Doug Doggett Jewelers was absolutely wonderful! They were so kind and friendly. Not only did they repair all our rings free of charge, but they also cleaned them. I was genuinely surprised, because most jewelry stores don't offer that kind of service.

I was honestly blown away — WOW! I'm giving them a solid 5-star...

I searched for a word to describe my experience with Doggett Jewelers. I keep coming back to "special". 1) My wife reacted to the ring Deanna designed in a way I have not seen since I proposed to her almost 40 years ago ... special! 2) Deanna patiently helped me down the path that led to the perfect selection and details she needed to build the ring ... special! 3) Last, but not least, I'm clearly not a gemologist. Deanna removed the unknowns and anxiety; she replaced them with trust and calm ... special!

I have the ultimate confidence and trust in Doggett Jewelers. Everyone I saw and spoke to was wonderful and helpful. I felt special in their home :-). I'll be back in...

Jordan and Deanna are so friendly and helpful! I came in with a picture of my dream ring. And they are making it happen! They are very detail oriented! And they do not make you feel bad for changing your mind to make sure it’s exactly what you want. My husband and I have a budget, and they helped us stay within that range by suggesting small unnoticeable changes that still fit my idea of my dream wedding ring! They never tried to push any sales on us or make us change our minds to something they already had in the case like our experiences at other chain jewelry stores just trying to make a sell. We will always use them for any jewelry purchases...
