⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Experience – Found My New Go-To Stylist!

I was in desperate need of a haircut and had been searching for a new go-to haircutter when I found iV Hair Salon on Yelp. It’s close to my house, so I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did!

I had Dulin, and I have to say, as someone who’s extremely picky (and even a licensed hairstylist myself), I was seriously impressed. He was super friendly, took his time, and paid great attention to detail—a rarity in the industry! I came in with a dramatic haircut idea and showed him a picture. He absolutely nailed it! I’m also in the process of cutting out all my existing color, so I needed someone who really understood how to shape my hair properly. Dulin did an amazing job. The hair washing station was super comfortable, and I also loved that they use Dyson blow dryers (I used to work for Dyson, so I definitely appreciate that touch).

Beyond the great service, the pricing is unbeatable—a women’s haircut is only $60, and that includes a wash and blow dry! Most salons charge at least $100 for that. Plus, I walked in, and they took me right away, despite how busy they were.

I did a perm here with Pierce, this is the worst perm I have ever had in my life. He suggested a style that I dislike and I don't think it suits me, I told him my opinion many times, but he insisted it is the best style for me. After the perm is done, it's soooo awful that I burst into tears, he is still smiling and told me this is the best perm style he had done because the hair turns out exactly like the style he had in mind. After he took photos of the hair and shared to his account, he finally realized that although the style is what he wanted, it doesn't suit me and it looks awful on me. Throughout the experience, he doesn't care about the customer experience, not only he ignores all my concerns, he also chatted with every new customer who entered the salon, and left me waiting every now and then.
