Loma Spa — Attraction in Cupertino

I made an appointment for a facial with Carrie three weeks in advance. It took a while for me to take the next step in booking because I'm new to the area and didn't know what places to go to for a good facial. Facials are expensive and I don't want to waste my money. When I got there, Vi checked me in. She was very sweet and so accommodating. Carrie met me exactly at my appointment time. She got to know me and figured out that the facial that I booked wouldn't be good for my first time. She then recommended a different facial, which is almost triple the price than the original peel that I wanted to do, but I did it anyways because I immediately felt the trust in her.

I came in because my skin is adjusting to moving here from a dry climate, the stress from moving, hormones, dehydration, etc. Carrie really tailored the facial to my needs and extracted what she could without tearing up my face. We had such great conversations and she even complimented my skincare knowledge. She was so personable! While I was laying in the bed, I knew that I would be back to see her again. I wanted to find a place that I could come to regularly while I'm here for six months, and Loma Spa is it!

1st visit: Holly is amazing! She's professional and tried her very best on making my nails the way I wanted them to be. The place is CLEAN and RELAXING and the staffs are FRIENDLY 😌

2nd visit: Cindy is incredible! She takes very good care of my nails and the dip removal is PAINLESS💗 Every step from old dip powder removal to the final hand massage is enjoyable and is done thoroughly. She is also very CONSIDERATE to give me a heads up about the cold alcohol spray clean after the hot towel 💞 Jenny came and gave CONSREUCTIVE SUGGESTIONS for Cindy to make my nails look even more fabulous 🥰

3rd visit: Had guasha manicure for me and my partner. The experience would be more pleasant if it's done over the massage chair area because my arms were kept pulling forward and I could not relax my back sitting on the chair.

4th visit: Came back for mani and pedi. The pedi was relaxing :) wanted to do french ombre, but they did not have right shade. Customer service was awesome still :)

From the materials they use, I can tell they are well-prepared for business. No cutting corners but only sincere hard work. Loma Spa is the role model of the industry. Definitely coming...

I had never had a pedicure in my life. But after walking in the wrong shoes too much, I had a very painful callous and was urged by my staff give it a try. To be honest, I was a little shy about it, not really a mani/pedi sort of guy. The appointment coordinator was really helpful in setting up the appointment and helping explain the various service options. When I arrived, i found a very welcoming shop, pleasantly decorated and lighted, and very clean. I was directed to a station and greeted by Vivian. Vivian was great. I explained about the callous problem and she took care of it very satisfactorily. Since i never had this experience before, I decided to choose a full service option which included pedicure, callous removal, hot stone massage, sugar scrub, and hot wax treatment. Well, I am not sure whether I needed all that but when the treatment was done, I felt like I was walking on air. So comfortable. I am really pleased at the meticulous and thorough care Vivian gave me. Since my callous so painful, I wondered how painful it be when removing it. Vivian was very professional and put me completely at ease. My callous problem was resolved painlessly and I had a very relaxing and pleasant experience.
