I hate bad reviews. Except, if I spend over $700 on a procedure that’s been effective previously & was least effective here due to inexperience. I must at the least complain about my experience. I had 58 units of Botox injected in several areas on my face. The female nurse who did the injections was obviously nervous as she drew all over my face. From each drawing she would count spaces out loud. I only thought, this can’t be good. Several times I felt liquid running down my face. I asked if I was bleeding and she said add no. It wasn’t until later I realize that must be the medication dropping down my face. Also, this did NOT hurt at all. Am I complaining? Sure. A good stick into the muscle definitely brings some discomfort. This was such a waste of money. I’m so disappointed. There was very very minimal affect. I haven’t had Botox in over a year when I had it on this visit. I expected great results and instead I had zero results. An inexperienced nurse, who was so sweet and kind but nervous it seem to inject my face, the medication ran down my face a LOT, didn’t seem to really penetrate, and I paid full price at 13$ units. What a waste!

Response: This isn’t my first or second time of having Botox injections. Which have always produced excellent results. However, it is the first time with no or very minimal results, even a month later. Pain is subjective, however, if the needle is not fully penetrating, (and based on past experience there is some pain and discomfort ) …then it explains the lack of result. Also, comparing Botox injections to surgical procedures isn’t a fair comparison. When an experienced nurse is injecting, the course of repetition brings a comfort level with confidence to the injector. An experienced injector knows right where to inject without counting out loud from markings. Although I appreciate the response, or perhaps more of a ‘clean up’ of the bad review, my frustrations are valid. I spent over $700 on a Procedure that did not work, because the needle did not penetrate the muscle as it should, and Because the injector was very obviously inexperienced, all the while an unknown amount of the medication trickled down my face...

Extremely happy with my results & so pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Everything I had done was worth the money and recovery.

I’m looking more youthful and feeling so confident with my results. Probably the best decision I ever made for myself and wish I’d done it sooner! It’s life changing honies and I feel reinvented. All of you are worth it, if you want it- get it. The staff here will take the best care of you and you’ll love your results.

Before scheduling an appointment I specific stated the reason for visit upon which I was Told “ oh our NP Diana has been doing this for years she certainly can help” ! Upon meeting Diana in the lobby she wanted to see “ the light in your pupils” 😳but after she realized how crude this was I was escorted to an exam room, she proceeded to sit in a chair never once touched or even got close to the area of concern ! She then made it very clear she would not provide any service and I would need to seek care else because they lacked the ability to do a simple facial ultrasound after which she thought was needed ! I questioned why this plastic surgeons office wasn’t equipped to do such and again I was referred elsewhere . I was hastily escorted back to the lobby were she scribbled down on a piece of note paper a couple of spas in the area to check out ! I was literally appalled by her lack of professionalism and dismissive behavior but then Again I possibly dodged a bullet and am thankful she did not perform any services me!
