Do not waste your time with this place. God forbid you have to reschedule or mistakenly book for the wrong day. They will take your deposit and ghost you for a week. You will have to reach out after being left on read just to get rebooked & they will ask you again for a rebooking deposit. This is a terrible way to do business and I took responsibility for mistakenly missing my appointment & being counted as a “no show” but being ghosted for a week & having to reach out multiple times just to get rebooked shows how much they even care about having your business. if I would’ve gotten rebooked on the day I missed, I wouldn’t have cared to pay another deposit. I’ve been booking with Rachel for the past 4 months. Initially, I was a bit nervous because I thought it was weird for a man to come get facials, but since I work in construction. I needed to start taking care of my skin, and I had no knowledge of what to use or how to even start, but thanks to her. I have gotten a bit better with that.
