This is for the park lane location. Ricky whom claimed heās the store manager came off extremely aggressive, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful when I was trying to see what the store can do with a default stool. A stool was purchased for clients to sit on less then 30 days ago. Purchased date was 12/08/2022. I just opened my business a day ago. Business opened 1/2/2023. The stool was sitting off to the side until business was open. I had my receipt, tag and the broken stool. Ricky DID NOT refund my money back even tho I had my tag, receipt and broken stool. He told me I need to drive to the location I purchased it from and figure it out. I told him that location is far from where I live and I was on that side of town picking up equipment for my business thatās why it was purchased at that location. The business is closer to this location (park lane) and thatās why Iām here now seeing what they could do since their stool was defaulted. He then walked about without saying anything. With rude customers behind me yelling at me not minding their business it was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe so I starting picking up my receipt, wallet and broken spa stool he showed back up and said he can only do a gift card. Thinking to myself that makes no sense to me I wanted to get out quickly so I agreed to a gift card and that was NOT what I wanted. So now Iām stuck with a gift card and not my refund so I can take my business somewhere else. Thereās so much more to this story. Overly disappointed on how Ricky handle the situation. Disappointed on the quality of the stool thought it was going to be great and reliable for business because it was solid and made out of wood. DO NOT PURCHASE stool item number 355863 for $69.99

One associate looks at with a snarky look on her face, walks away from a register....when the other one is trying to finish up her transaction with a lot of items. Since the customer was trying to make her mind up what yo purchase..it took another 10 minutes for me yp be checked out. When I asked to speak with someone in charge...surprise surprise...clerk/manager in charge shows up...claiming she did not see me in line. Her name is Ona or Una.
Today's shopping experience was even worse. Found for plates of Kate Spade that clearly says on the ticket Set of 4...yet they were individually priced. When I asked to get them priced properly...to my surprise same clerk/person in charge..showes up cutting off the conversation.."that's the price" this is it!
I purchased them...walk away through checking line..found something else un the aisle...to my surprise...both of them were talking trash about a customer (me).."who does not know what she buys..she should know better"... When I appeared from the corner..i mention to the Manager in charge (Ona or Una ..her name) that perhaps would be wise to wait until customer leaves the store to be disrespectful...or at least look around...
I would give a zero Stars...but that option is...

I visited this store yesterday, upon approaching the counter she was already what appeared to be annoyed. Rolling her eyes, smacking and popping bubble gum, and scan my items hard and packing them in the bag incorrectly. Before even leaving the store my bags tore, almost breaking my cups and glasses. After ringing me up, I left the basket at the counter she said " you CAN'T leave that basket right there!" I kept walking, she said it again extremely loud and screaming, I then said "Actually I can, I don't work here, you do, so you put it back with that nasty attitude." She yelled back " I aint said nun to you" lol what a joke! This girl definitely does not need to be the face of any business and she clearly HATES her job. For this reason, I will NEVER frequent this location. KAY is rude, get better employees who actually enjoy what they are doing. Calling corporate as well, first thing...
