I have to say I am disappointed. I donât have a lot of money and I was very excited to buy my Lululemon leggings a couple of years ago. It was a treat for me as a mom. What made me more excited was the day that I bought them, The lady told me that I could bring them in no matter how old the leggings were and they would repair them. I have had two small holes in the bottom for about six months but havenât had the time to take them in. The girl told me that because their new policy is they donât do any kind of repair or return unless itâs with the year that you bought them. Again thatâs fine, but I was told something else and usually that type of thing starts when the policy becomes active. To be told something and then to be told something else. I am sad because I was very proud of those leggings and I was proud that Lululemon was going to take an active interest in my purchase, no matter how far in advance the problem was. The hardest part is my daughter really likes to buy products from here and because of this instance, I will never go back again.    Read moreWorst experience at any Lulu store I have every been to. My sister and I walked into the Lulu store, shopped around for ten minutes and no one acknowledged us or offered to help. Another customer walked in and was immediately greeted as my sister and I waited to be assisted. We needed help for sizing and the floor sales associate went to pick up the phone instead of helping us In store. When I went to check out I told her I was a health care worker and she questioned me about the size I bought and asked if it was for me. I normally buy the pacebreaker liner less in a large but I bought the liners in a medium because it fits better and she questioned me and said âreally!?â about the size and if it was for me. I understand that they do not want you to use the discount for others but I wear two different sizes when it comes to those shorts in liners or linerless. I felt embarrassed and I did not feel welcomed in the store. I would not recommend, just save the efforts and go to the Northpark location. I find it is always best to kill people with kindness. Usually gets your farther, but this guys was just awful. My boyfriend was standing off to the side and when I went to the back to grab something heard him and the girl talking about me and making fun of me. He was about to go intervene when I told him to stay back and it wasnât worth it. Well I had to go back up to the desk to reorder something. So this guy had another chance to right his wrong and be nice, but chose to be rude (yet again). I work in customer service so I try and be mindful of what they go through, but thereâs also an expectation of base level kindness. Do better.
