I often run for Favor around Dallas. Today I had an order 2 sushi rolls and 3 hot stone bowls, 2 shrimp and 1 chicken. When I arrived, I was not greeted or even looked at. The woman behind the counter just said "Yes?". So I give her my name and order. She bags it up and asks for my card. Being that I work for Favor, this isn't my order. So I have to be sure everything is correct before I pay and leave. She seemed annoyed with my request, said something to her coworker in her native tongue, and put my card on the counter. It turns out I was charged for 4 bowls instead of 3. Instead of just saying we had a miscommunication or sorry for the slip up, I was told that, next time, I should just order once I get there so it will be correct. Before hanging up when I placed the order, she repeated it to me and it was correct. But I'm the one in the wrong? The entire exchange was uncomfortable and I felt like I was bothering them. Even though this wasn't for me, I won't be returning, for myself nor for a customer. We are in the service industry together and should treat each other with kindness and respect. Very...

I've been meaning to write this review for years. This was the first place I had sushi as a kid. Long story short I got hooked.

Fast forward many years later and my wife and I are just trying to have a nice dinner out with our newborn son. He's fussy, crying and hungry. The restaurant manager (maybe owner? I don't know).. comes over to help. She proceeds to hold our baby, feed him his bottle, and let us enjoy our meal. Strikes up a nice conversation with us too but she's focused on our baby. Rocks him back to sleep afterward too. That was customer service above and beyond anything I have ever seen. I was already a dedicated customer but that day won me over for life. She's still there too.

The food is phenomenal. The hot stone bowl is a unique menu item that I haven't seen replicated anywhere in my life. Frankly, that alone is worth the trip and it isn't sushi. Everything else is fantastic too. They have many great sushi rolls but will custom make anything you want too. Dumplings are phenomenal. Tuna tower is my wife's favorite. Little K just crushes it...

My husband and I were excited to try this restaurant as we live nearby, and we were not impressed with our experience. Our waitress rushed us the entire time, brought the check before we finished eating. I understand waiters trying to turnover tables quickly when there is a long wait; however, we were surrounded by empty seats. The food itself was not bad, but not very impressive. I have had much better for similar food in the Dallas area. We also ordered a bottle of wine for 1/2 of wine night, and I specifically pointed to the exact bottle and price we wanted. Our waitress brought another bottle of wine that was double the price. When I tried to explain we ordered a different bottle of wine, she just shrugged it off and did not bother to apologize for the confusion. I do not mind paying more for a nicer bottle of wine, but it seemed like a rip-off as I clearly ordered the less expensive bottle of wine. Overall, we will not be returning as there are plenty of other restaurants we can go to in the area with much friendly service, better atmosphere, and higher...

Definitely not the place that will go on “my favorites” list. Food wasn’t that great. Small details were also off: such as individual packs of soy sauce (it might be due to the covid which is understandable, but not a great idea if it’s establishment’s choice to serve soy sauce like that), couldn’t they serve any thicker cut ginger 🤦‍♀️, spicy mayo tasted artificial (probably the cheapest one they could buy). I might be wrong about some assumptions but if I, as a customer, noticed all those things, then it matters and it needs to be fixed. Not for me but for the new customers and for the business itself in order for it to be successful! Staff is not knowledgeable about the cuisine and not professional enough to handle unusual situations. I felt pretty uncomfortable and didn’t feel like that meal was worth my money. Also, the atmosphere isn’t welcoming and warm neither.

An absolute gem for a delightful lunch experience. The ambience was splendid, accompanied by soothing jazz that created a serene environment away from the outside bustle. Opting for some strong and flavorful green tea, I savored a delectable variety of rolls including California, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, and Philly, complemented by a side of impeccably prepared sushi rice. The rolls struck the perfect balance between rice and filling, boasting fresh, expertly seasoned fish. Additionally, the comforting warmth and rich flavor of the miso soup added to the overall satisfaction. This wonderful spot is undoubtedly on my revisit list. Thank you for a memorable meal!

Great sushi place to go for lunch or dinner. This spot is located right off knox street. I've been here about 20 times in the last year. All of there house rolls are fantastic. We arrived around 7:00pm and got a table in 20 minutes. Although the place is pretty packed, the sushi is worth it. Our servers were on it and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. I ordered the deep fried salmon roll, edamame, and the sizzling dumplings. They were all amazing, and I left feeling so content. My friend got the spicy tuna rolls and a lobster roll. She said both were amazing. I highly recommend coming here for dinner at least once. You won't regret it!
