On a whim, I walked in here. I was looking for something fun to burn calories and had a passing interest in boxing. I'm glad I did.
Three things that stood out to me:
There was no high-pressure sales. No marketing gimmicks. No recruit-your-friend pyramid schemes. Just pay the money, go to class. Very straight-forward, no BS. I loved it.
There are some professional looking guys in this gym, guy's that seriously box. I'm old and out of shape and I don't know anything about boxing, and I have never felt less than welcome. After class I'll stay and watch guys spar or work out, and everybody I talk to is friendly.
I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. I'm taking the boot camp classes with Brian and I leave feeling satisfied. I feel like I get enough attention. I feel like my fitness is being taken seriously, I feel good when I leave. And it's fun to hit stuff. Brian is a good trainer and I've been happy with the classes.
The only thing that's worth mentioning that might be a negative is that there isn't a locker room. This is a small place, it's not like a 24-Hour Fitness operation. This isn't a big deal if you're prepared though; bring a shirt to change into for your drive home or a towel to put in your seat.
5/5, really, has been a great...
Read moreI want to give a big shout out to this gym. I came in here wanting personal training for my daughter and instead of taking my money they advised me to put my daughter in the kids class to learn the basics. My daughter has been training with coach Amber for 6 months now and she tells me everyday how she loves it. I love the atmosphere and coaching so much I’ve brought in my nephew and referred 4 other kids here. Not only do they have coach amber but coach jump and coach Tony are really great. They have kids from 5yo to adults and I’ll recommend it 1000 times to anyone looking for a great gym. Only thing missing is they need to sell merch so I can represent the gym my...
Read moreI've been attending this gym for a few years, and the cost keeps increasing while the quality is decreasing. The maintenance of the gym's bathrooms, workout equipment, and punching bags needs improvement. Considering the price paid, there should be amenities or additional equipment, like more treadmills and weights. The gym also closes at random hours without notice to members. Coaches frequently change, making it challenging to receive consistent personal training. On a positive note, the gym has a good number of punching bags, a spacious and aesthetically pleasing facility, decent group classes and a quality...
