This is a food truck on the back patio of Celestial Beerworks. Not an extensive menu, but probably just right for a food truck. Headlined by street tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and burritos. The quesadillas and burrito that I ordered came with green and red sauces. Both salsas had a little kick but not overpowering. Nothing really fancy but everything was good. Happy to find that it was not super greasy as some food trucks can get. Again, simple but there was at least neat presentation, not someone just throwing it on a plate. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference. I’ll be trying some of the other items next time. Great addition to my favorite brewery.

Being attached to arguably the best brewery in Dallas is a good start. Service at this permanent food truck was fast and friendly. I got a quesadilla. It was a decent size and had plenty of filling. Flavor good. It was a good, small, meal at a brewery but wouldn’t be able to rate 5* because I’d need it to either be bigger, tastier, or cheaper. Still a good option

Wonderful food, great customer service! My favorite was the steak taco but you truly cannot go wrong with food here. The green salsa has so much flavor, the red is just the right amount of spice. The prices cannot be beat and the portions are great. You cannot beat how fresh and delicious this is for the price.

Went to see what this 5 Star rating was all about when it came to the food. Ordered the Guacamole and chips, the fajita burrito and the loaded nachos. The Guac was the only good thing. The chips for the guacamole and the loaded tacos were stale. The burrito had no flavor. We also had issues with the drinks. When we then asked for sodas they didn't have anything but two flavors of Jarrilitos and NO ICE. How does a bar NOT have ice?!! Disappointed as we love to support our neighborhood businesses but can't support of the food and drinks weren't up to par with the...
