I had a really great experience with Griffin Sorenson (room 205). I did not actually get my hair done with him (ran out of money), but my friend did, and she loved it. What I was impressed with, however, was how quickly he responded and how much he tried to help me. I just texted him asking if he would be able to help me, and he went very in depth about what he could do to help and was very honest about the length of the process (I wanted to bleach over previously dyed black hair, so I was going to take a while). He volunteered to see me right away for a consultation and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I have the money to get my hair done, this is the person I will be going to. I am very relived because I spent forever looking for a new hairstylist. I wanted something so painstaking that most people didn't even want to discuss it with me (a double bleach every 6 weeks). This is a very nice salon. Its beautiful, clean and comfortable. There are a lot of different spots to sit and comfortably wait for someone or wait your turn. Every specialist has their own little room. I found out about this salon because my hair stylist,Griffin, has a room there. My family and I have gone to Griffin for 13 years. we discovered him in Austin and use to drive there for our haircuts. Now he's in Dallas. We all have very different hair and Griffin manages to make us all look amazing. I have very thin hair and griffin helps me have it look the very best it can. He actually educates himself to know how to deal with my hair type. No hair dresser in my past had ever done that for me. They all gave up on my hair. The Barber Frank suite 214 is over priced and picks and chooses who he wants to cut..I set an appt a couple of different times and no response plus it is not family friendly. Their is liquor all over the place like he has an alcohol addiction. Every other word is a cuss word and will have anything playing on the tv including nudity.
