I'm so disappointed with Brady Furniture. First let me start by saying their prices are fantastic, but price alone will never make me a repeat customer of a business.
My partner and I ordered a loveseat and recliner from them on May 8th. As another reviewer mentioned the salesperson literally followed us from couch to couch and even asked us after 5min of looking if we wanted to buy one. I had to ask him to give us time to look and talk. When we decided to purchase the set they said they would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I asked if they would call us to set up a delivery date and and time and they assured us they would. I called at the beginning of this last week to find out a delivery day and time which they still had failed to provide. They said we would have it by Friday and that they would make sure to call before delivering so we would be home.
Wednesday night at 815pm I received a call from their driver that he was at the house and no one was there. First off, we were never notified and second, who delivers after 8pm? I told the driver we could be home in 20min as no one had informed us they were coming, he said they would have to deliver another day. I called the store Thursday morning and he insisted they called around 4pm to let us know they were going to deliver. I checked my partner's phone as well as mine, no new numbers or messages had come through all afternoon. I again asked for a day and time, he assured me they would deliver either later that day or Friday at the latest. Friday 4pm, still no furniture, no update, no call. I AGAIN called them asking what was going on with our delivery, this call ended up with them saying "There's a chance we can deliver tomorrow". Seriously? A chance?? I explained to him that my partner and I have already put our plans on hold for the last two days waiting for communication about delivery and now they expect us to just wait around for a "chance" they might get around to delivering our furniture they had since Wednesday. I asked repeatedly for a firm day and time frame, he continued to stick by a "chance" for Saturday. Guess what? Today is Saturday, it's 830pm... No call from them, no furniture. Read moreWent in to the shop 3-4 times before making a purchase as it is an expensive purchase to make. Every interaction was good, staff was helpful and friendly. I purchased a sectional (based off the floor model in store) and was told it would be brand new delivered the next day. I Paid in full for the sectional and upon leaving the store I received a call that they would have to order the sectional, it in fact was not in stock. OR i could take the floor model. Now I only purchased the couch in full that day cause i needed it within 2 days. That’s the whole reason why I bought from them. So I agree to take the floor model, it was promptly delivered that day. However!!!!! I do feel I should have been compensated in some way rather it be refund of 100$ delivery or given the ottoman that was with the floor model for the inconvenience. I paid on the spot full payment for a new sectional and got the floor model. If I wasn’t at work when I received the call telling me the mistake made by them, I would have handled it totally differently. So yes I got a couch and yes delivery was promptly but I got a couch that had been sat on. Quite disappointed for the price. Read moreMy friend is getting his first apartment and decided to check this furniture store out because he had seen a great deal online about them where until the end of March you could get a full house set for 1999 and then delivery but they had an amazing selection to choose from in this deal and aside from that they had beautiful furniture, it made me wish I was moving into a new apartment and needed a whole place but unfortunately I don't. This is a store definitely to check out they do have two locations and they can tell you where the other is, I would also like to know not only do they have furniture but they do have dishwashers and they are trying to talk the big boss into washers and dryers not just your run of the mill but portables as well.
