Wood You Furniture — Attraction in Davie

Looking for furniture in south Florida has been an endeavor to say the least....very impersonal service, "big box" brands, and inferior quality (think garbage particle board) are all the norm....and then I met the folks at Wood You. Gordon and Zareen are two of the friendliest people, and incredibly passionate about their business, their product, and MOST importantly: ensuring the customer gets the perfect product.

To say I'm satisfied would be an epic understatement. Not only did my furniture arrive EARLY, Gordon (one of the managers) wanted to deliver my bed set AND assemble it PERSONALLY. The degree to which these folks take personal pride in their business and product is remarkable, and VERY seldom seen.

If you're in the market for furniture at all, do yourself a favor and drop by the shop. Even if you're not in the market for what they carry or offer, it's worth stopping by to be reminded of what true care and quality are.

I haven't received my furniture yet, but I can tell just from walking into the shop that it's going to be phenomenal. I've looked at all the "big box" stores, and frankly I'm disappointed with what retail furniture has become. Spending tons of money for wood that sure doesn't smell like wood, flexes and bends, and uses particle board wasn't on my list of desires. When I walked into Wood You, I felt like I walked into a craftsman's workshop. Solid wood furniture everywhere with people who genuinely care about their product, not just selling you a set. I ordered a platform bed and nightstands virtually sight unseen, and couldn't be more excited to have it...

Zareen provided maybe the best customer service I've ever received in my life. I would give her a 10 if I could. Looking for bedroom set. Tempurpedic adjustable beds a problem. Was going to have to try to find one piece for the beds and try to match the rest. Wood You has everything I want in one set. No one else had this. They custom fit the beds piece. She made a mistake on the quote but quickly called, provided two additional pieces needed AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! My wife was able to get EXACTLY what she wanted at a more than reasonable cost. My wife is thrilled. I am therefore, also thrilled. Checked ALL local competitors. No one had one set. Way more expensive at competitors.

Update: we were advised delivery in 6 weeks when we bought. Furniture delivered 6 weeks to the day we ordered. Installers had to come back to correct potential problem they pointed out as unacceptable to them. We LOVE the furniture. It is EXACTLY what we wanted. We could not have found this set anywhere else. Even if we had, it would have likely been a couple of thousand dollars more. Thank goodness I decided to see what they had to offer. Again, I would give them a 10 if I could. Great service...

It is not often that you are totally blown away by an awesome customer experience. We were looking for furniture for 2 months and frankly were frustrated by the quality and price of the stuff that we were seeing in the large established furniture stores. We were referred to Wood You Furniture by a friend of our daughter and from the moment we stepped in we were blown away by the quality of the furniture on display and then we met Zareen. OMG! what an awesome individual!! she spent the time with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted, providing excellent advice at every stage. The following day we decided to get another piece and went back, Zareen was off and we met Gordon, another awesome individual who provided the same exceptional experience. Zareen and Gordon are the epitome of what true customer service and care is about.
