Subway — Restaurant in Deer Park

Really super clean inside. This location has always had the veggies well stocked and very fresh. I have been to a few that had slot to be desired, for example, at lunch time.. noonish on a weekday, they honestly had 1 (one) type of bread... Wheat. So awkward for our small group of 4... mainly because we all could visibly see all of the other breads that bake and serve every hour on the hour every day and night. We all decided to just go to different place and to not even ask, question, or even try to think about the employees response. We are older women and have learned in life to PICK OUR BATTLES!! If I could give zero stars I would. Went to this location tonight at 8:40. Daniel was the sandwich builder. Came in wasn’t greeted. That’s fine. Let me add NOONE was there so it wasn’t busy. Anyways ordered only three sandwiches and it’s like everything I asked for was such an inconvenience to this kid. I asked for extra cheese he rolled his eyes. I asked for it toasted he rolled his eyes. Like dang that’s your job. Anyways the real icing on the cake is when he told me there was no mayonnaise, so if the food cost went up tonight it’s because I left and didn’t want my sandwiches!! We ordered three sandwhiches on DoorDash (see pictures). All three sandwhiches were BURNT! They burnt the bread and instead of thinking “let me remake this” they continued to make the sandwhiches, pack them up, and send them out of their store. They are so burnt we cannot eat these… the bread is rock hard. On top of that, they didn’t package them properly nor did they put the sandwhiches in bags. It was raining outside and we got these wet and burnt. And the pretzel we ordered was completely stale. Horrible quality and horrible care by the people working there. As mush as we love Subway, I highly recommend AGAINST going to this...
