I love this store, I always have been a loyal customer for 15 years. They have a lot of cute stuff always. But the cashiers and managers act like they’re the owners of the store and are very rude! Cashier charged me twice on an item after being super rude about a mistake they made on another item and had an attitude with me. Managers act like they’re the owners of the store when they’re not. First time here. Went here to help one of my special needs students find a mother's day gift. Was looking at perfume when loss prevention came up and stood so close to me she could touch elbows with me. She then starts moving all the perfumes away from me that I had touched. My student decided he was done shopping we went to check out. The cashier was rude. She ignored anything we said to her and any attempts at polite conversation. Horrible customer service ! First I go and tons of the clothes were dirty. I decided to get the bra set anyway. I asked for a small discount they said they only do it for holes not stains. Decided to return them as the stain was too hard to get out and they just didn’t fit right. Returning them was a problem. The old lady was so rude! She tried not to let me return them.
