
The manager, Tom, asked me and my friend to write a review 11/26/19 while I was paying, so I thought I'd write one. I've had some good experiences here, and some average. But I've always continued to end up back here after trying different places. My most recent experience here was bad enough for me to write this review. My friend and I got off work a little early and decided to head straight to the nail salon before it got packed. We got there a few minutes after 5PM. We both sat down and got started at the same time. My nails are very sensitive so as usual, my friend was way ahead of me and was going to be finished before me. Suddenly, a lady walked in and said she had a 6PM appointment with the lady doing my nails (i know her name but prefer not to mention it, because she’s done my nails previously and did a fantastic job) The lady doing my nails suddenly started rushing through my manicure and dipped my nails very quickly into the dip powder, then put the top coat on and I was suddenly finished before my friend. My friend said she didn't think she got the color she asked for, so she went back to the pallet to make sure, and turns out she got the wrong color because they have the bottle labeled with the wrong number! She was very unhappy but after sitting there for almost an hour, didn't want to sit any longer to wait for it to be redone, so she didn't complain. But she wanted to bring it to the attention of the manager, that the color was labeled wrong. Instead of apologizing or saying he would correct the number, he told her she should choose from a different pallet instead (definitely not the response we were looking for). We both paid and left a $10 tip each. It wasn't until i got home and looked at my nails and noticed how lumpy they were. I hadn't gotten dip powder in a while, so I completely forgot that they usually need to be reshaped after being dipped. Majority of all my nails are very lumpy, my coworkers have noticed and it's really ugly, I really wish I wouldn’t have tipped because of the way my nails were left unfinished.. Read moreI was unhappy with service today. I was nearly forced into having a package Pedicure starting at $60plus dollars. I asked for a basic mani and basic pedi. That’s all I had time for and i had to literally pick up the price menu myself and forcefully say no to the package options. The man serving me tried to hide the menu! (The girl next to me said he did it to her also) Then during my maniucure he starts doing hot rocks and treatments on me. I told the lady that I had repeatedly asked for a basic manicure and she told that if I liked it it was ok and to just enjoy!! It’s not right to trick customers into what they are getting and make them feel embarrassed to say no to what you’re doing, you need to be clear from the start and do what you are asked. My nail polish didn’t dry properly also after waiting and using hand dryer so my polish was chipped and my color wasn’t the one I originally selected. By the time I realized my color was wrong (but a close shade) he was nearly finished and I was too angry by this stage to even talk to him. Very disappointed and lost trust in this salon sadly. Read moreHands down the WORST nail salon experience Ive ever had. New to the area I read good reviews so I tried this place out. Big mistake! i asked for a full set and a pedicure. I was put in a chair and a tech started working on my hands while my feet were soaking. I keep my google translate on so as soon as the pedicure lady sat down she talked badly about my shoes my legs and very insulting comments about my feet in Korean. I was not able to relax since my hands were worked on in between the nail techs phone calls and texts. They hurried to get me out of there my toes and my nails werent even the same shade of brown and when I told them they both said in Korean too bad they werent going to waste anymore time on me. Every customer in there was rushed in and rushed out all while smiling at the customer and insulting them in Korean. My nails and nail polish was crooked nails didnt even match and my feet were left with callus and dead skin. Then have the audacity to try and charge me $150!! I paid $100 and left, I wasnt even happy paying that FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE A HORRIBLE MANICURE AND PEDICURE!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THAT INSULT US AND RUSH US IN AND OUT LIKE SOME CATTLE....
