Absolutely the worst customer service possible. The Shipley's corporation and the franchise owner should secretly shop this location.
This review isn't about someone forgetting to add ordered items to the bag for delivery it is about the lack of value and care for the customer that is shown from this establishment.
The location was called to explain the minor mistake, but the response was unbelievable. When I called and told the person that food items were missing, they were very short and not concerned that there had been a mistake. They did not allow me to finish explaining before they put the phone down. Then a second person picked up the phone and very rudely ask can I help you! I tried to explain the situation, and I was again interrupted and told, "we can't help you." Again, they put the phone down, and a third person picked up the phone. I tried to explain the situation again, and all of a sudden, they were no longer able to communicate in English after I had just a clear conversation with them. This person put the phone a yet another person picked up. I once again tried to explain the issue and was interrupted and was rudely told we are too busy and we can't help you.
It is obvious this company has a very poor culture around customer service, which makes you question what else they think is not important.
What about sanitation or the cleanliness of the food preparation area? What about employees washing their hands after using the restroom? What about pest control?
Is it possible that since they do not care about customer service, do they care about customer safety.
How hard is it to say, " Mr. or Mrs. customer, we are very sorry we made a mistake. Please let us make this right, and we will get the order...
Read moreI went through the drive thru at the Deer Park location around 6:45 this morning and made a purchase of a dozen plain glazed donuts, 2 strawberry filled donuts and 4 sausage and cheese kolaches. Upon ordering I asked if they had any hot plain glazed. The girl replied "yes, we do". I will say these donuts were absolutely not fresh. They were day old donuts at best, that were hard as a rock and tasted stale. I was also not given 2 strawberry filled, instead received chocolate filled. The four kolaches were no better. It was a COMPLETE waste of $27. The plain glazed were not edible and had to be thrown away. Noone in the household prefers chocolate filled so those were tossed as well. I am highly disappointed in the quality of food at this location. After thinking about how much I spent, I called the store to report the issues but noone answers the phone. Read moreI’m very upset with how my phone call with the lady went , I asked to get fresh glazed donuts (if it was possible) not assuming it was first it took me like 5 tries to call then I ask and she tells me she can’t make them fresh late as at 11:30 and that’s okay but it’s the fact she got annoyed and kept repeating herself as I didn’t hear the first time also in a very aggressive tone .
