Rayzor Ranch Marketplace — Attraction in Denton

Lots of different types of shops and still getting more. Traffic is getting a little better, with construction pretty much done on that stretch of University Dr/380. I have issues with the small shops parking. Spaces seem small and is always crowded. It is best to park in the Walmart parking area then walk to the other side, that is, if you can. People complain about getting in and out of this area. Well, most of the congestion seems to be on the Bonnie Brae entrance/exit side. It does get bad there, a little better now that construction is almost done, but still pretty bad. I would suggest just going out the entrance/exit at the light on the University Dr/380. You're going just a bit out of your way, but definitely won't be sitting there as long as you would at the Bonnie Brae entrance/exit. The landscape is starting to perk up with spring. They did a good job choosing drought tolerant plants, so less watering. Would love to see more outdoor sitting places, with some shade, of course. All in all, this is really shaping up to be a great place to do some shopping without having to go all through town, which is great for those of us that live...

This is a busy shopping center where pretty much you're guaranteed to have to go to no other. Multiple restaurant and beverage stores including quick drive thru burger and taco places, drive thru coffee, donut shops, breakfast and lunch cafes, bbq, home cooking, wings, sandwich shops, Mexican and Asian food are just some of choices available. You can also take care of banking needs with four branch choices, get fuel, shop at your choice of Supermarket or grocery stores and even visit an Urgent Healthcare facility. Wait! There's more! You can get your pet supplies, camping/hunting gear, new wardrobe, home decor, crafting supplies, fine jewelry, facials, eye exams and more too. This shopping center is truly a Convenience Complex and as such can be busy at times. If you don't tolerate people so well today, perhaps go during early afternoons or mid mornings on weekdays, Monday through Thursday would be slowest times. However, you still will be around many travelers with the same basic goals as you so act accordingly. I recommend this Shopping Center to anyone needing...

This is my favorite racetrack location! I like how you have the option to do self checkout or checkout with an employee. Another thing I like is that there are pretty much endless options of food, drinks, non food items, ice cream you can customize & more!! Seriously what's not to love about the massive selection of ice cream toppings 🤤 I am a smoker and cigarettes just aren't cheap anymore so that's why I only buy them from this location!! It's almost $20 for 2 packs of cigarettes 😬 but at racetrack the price for 2 packs is $13.57 I believe 🤔 under $14 so you can't beat that lol!! The employees are always really nice and other than waiting my turn in line they never leave you waiting! All the food, dessert & drink stations always look great when I go! It seems like they keep all of that clean and organized. The bathroom is always clean when I go also and stocked with toilet paper unlike some other places I've been to. Really love this place and it will always be my #1 go to convenience...
