I had an incredibly disappointing experience at CT Nails. From the start, the technician pressured me into upgrading my pedicure, despite me clearly stating multiple times that I was fine with the classic option. She also mentioned that I had calluses on the bottom of my feet, but barely scrubbed them. I asked her to cut my nails, and she did, but they were cut way too short and not filed at all. Despite repeatedly declining gel polish, she continued to push me to upgrade, which made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated. By the time she started painting my nails, I noticed how unevenly they were cut, and when I asked her to fix them, I realized they were so short they hurt while she was filing. After she finished the French tips, my daughter pointed out how uneven the nails were. I had to ask her to fix my big toe because it was so poorly done. Honestly, the entire pedicure was a mess – my feet look dry, and my nails have a sloppy paint job. I felt too embarrassed to make a scene in front of others, so I paid and left, but I won’t be returning. This was my first experience, and I’m so disappointed. Now I’ll have to go somewhere else to fix my toes. I would not recommend this place, at least not based on my experience with...
Read moreThis was my first time here. I came in with long holographic nails that were done 2 weeks ago at my regular salon. A friend recommended I check this place out. I asked for a holographic nail once again but slightly shorter. The woman started doing my nails and i tell her i want the point but not so pointed they're poking holes in my clothes. Clearly in the picture they are literally almost round. She starts allowing the holographic powder (which I've gotten for over a year every time at my other salon so i know this product well) and it looks beyond blotchy. Totally uneven glitter and color showing and then tells me oh it does this that's fine right?! NO THAT'S NOT FINE! Then after the 2nd attempt they send me to another lady who once again doesn't do it right. Now I'm left with nails I have that are not the color i wanted, not shaped right at all, and not even done well! She didn't even bring the acrulic up to my cuticle there's space like I've let then grow out for a week. I honestly want my money back and ahould have just walked out. Waste of my morning, money, energy, and now i have to go out of town with these ugly nails. I highly recommend if you have any type of decent standards for your nails that you STAY FAR...
Read morePLEASE READ! HONEST REVIEW! Not good but too bad. I got my nails done here and got some simple simple stuff painted on my nails, however they are all different and look poorly done. from afar they’re decent but up close you can tell that they’re extremely wonky. If your nails grow fast do not come here because they don’t push the cuticles back nor do they put the acrylic up to the cuticle which gives it a grown out look and for $70 I was not expecting that. Side note: I came home and poured some hydrogen peroxide on my nails and they started bubbling around the nail and on the cuticle which could mean many different things, however I feel like it’s because of the many cuts around the mail from the artist being rough with the tools and especially the electric drill. I also suspect that their tools may not be the cleanest and that could be another reason why it bubbled like crazy (GROSS). This is unfortunately the best nail salon I have came across in Denver yet it is only mediocre and nothing special, yes there are a lot of worse nail salons but this one needs to step it up. I could tell that my nail tech was rushing and wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible (felt like this especially...
