The manager here should be replaced. I went in to pick up an order and instead of asking me for my name the manager assumes that I have a doordash order and says nothing is ready yet I'll be with you in a minute. I was sent to pick up an order that was made by my coworkers . She then stopped me from talking to another employee about my order when I was asking them to check she told him nothing is ready yet when I was already going to have everything taken care of. The employee then stopped and did not check right behind him literally right behind him was the door to the food warmer and my pizza. At this point I'm just being loud and calling the co-workers to double-check and see how long ago they placed the order so then they can just hear me and then help me. Finally she asked and wouldn't you know it my pizza was ready the whole time..... She didn't even apologize... The worst customer service. Get another job if checking on a pizza is...

I tried to place my order by phone while I was on my way there on the bus with two hungry children, I was on hold until I walked in the place fifteen minutes later and STILL WAITED 15 MINUTES at the counter to even be able to place an order because some entitled guy showed up at the wrong location to pick up his food and maybe the more he complained and repeated himself to the only worker, that he'd be compensated with free food because HE didn't pay attention to where he placed his order. Not only did the worker actually end up not only giving him free food, but continued to completely ignore the line that was almost outside of the door to continue to enable his idea that his time was more important than everyone else's. I was next in line and walked out because it became absolutely disgusting how everyone was disregarded for the mean guy...
Read moreworst ive costumer service i had in a long time in the last year ive order from this pizza hut on my phone a lot and never any issue till tonight. i called the store when the pizza was 30 mins late. the guy said that i gave them the wrong info and was all my fault. Ive order the same way on my app before never had any issue, but whatever i kid was rube and i could hear people giggling in the back ground could have been anything but wasn't helping me at one point i tried to ask if i could just reorder my dinner. but i was interrupted to be told the cdc? had canceled my order. again i was told my fault.
well as i was ordering another pizza from some where else i discovered he was right it was my fault i tried to give them business and clearly that not what this pizza hut wants, very sad. do yourself a solid and just order from just about anyone else, everyone delivers now because of covid.
