IN 2016 I went in and saw I believe her name was Paula. I explained to her that I got droopy eye from the last time I had botox somewhere else and she said understood. I did end up with droopy eye again but this time is was in both eyes and a lot worse than before. In 2017, I saved up money to get the Kybella treatment but had asked for the owner, Pamela because I didn't want any mistakes. It wasn't extreme what I wanted done, it was just a little bit of fat under the chin that was very minor but it bugged me in pictures so I saved up and was going to do it. Just went through a divorce and wanted to look good. After I had it done she said the swelling would last a days but should notice a difference within a week or so. But weeks, months, a year later the swelling had not gone down and my chin was way worse than it was before I went in originally. About 9 months after contacting them and having them tell me that some people just take a bit longer to heel I told them I wanted it fixed. So they referred me to her husband, Dr. Grossman who is the plastic surgeon in the ajoining office. He was very sweet and first he tried the lipo in my chin to remove the fat. So weeks later it wasn't as full but hanging skin. Then he tried a vazor treatment to burn the skin to tighten it. The skin was still hanging weeks later and there were these scars left under my chin as well, he tried one more treatment and it just didn't work. So then he suggested a chin lift and this time he was going to charge me for it. When I sent in a letter stating why I felt that I shouldn't have to pay for a chin lift when these treatments clearly caused the hanging skin their office manager basically told me that Dr. Grossman went above and beyond to help me by giving me these free treatments and he didn't have to and that was that. Sadly, I paid $1400 and I am embarrassed every day of my chin. I just turned 50 and I feel I look older and there is just this skin hanging from my chin and scarring. It is now 2019 and I am just sad. I get that you sign these waivers as things can happen but I was basically treated like I was done a favor and to move on or pay and it didn't feel right to me and...

Treatment 2... I went to see Mollie for my second microneedling on Monday. She has been checking in with me daily to ensure my skin is feeling ok and to provide any tips on how to care for my skin as it heals. She is SO responsive. I get to see her in 4 weeks for my first laser treatment! Time to address my pigmentation, scarring, and fine lines. I can't wait to post another photo after my skin fully heals in the next few days.

Treatment 1... TL;DR - Mollie is a miracle worker!

I first went to Facial Aesthetics for a hydrafacial and upon meeting Mollie, I was SO impressed by her honesty. I let her know I was a bridesmaid in a wedding the following weekend and she promptly said "I will give you the hydroafacial if you really want one. However, I would not recommend doing anything this close to a big event." I felt terrible having booked her time but she insisted it was ok and we spend the next 30 minutes doing a consultation instead.

Mollie's recommendation was that we focus on treating melasma, sun damage, and redness. Over the course of the next 6-7 months, we will do a series of treatments and I could NOT be more excited. I had my first SkinPen treatment last Monday and she checked in with me daily to make sure my skin was healing. Ok NO JOKE - my skin has never looked this good and I've only had one treatment. I have no idea how this is possible. I cannot wait to see how my skin transforms through the rest...

Everyone at facial asthetics is so kind, and patient. I have been wanting to get some fillers done for a long time, I've gone several other places to have consults on what would be best and received a lot of bad advice. I went in for a consult and was immediately greeted at the front desk, they checked me in right away following all of the covid regulations. After that they gave me some information to look over, I filled out all my paperwork before hand online, and then during the consult I was properly informed on why fillers are used, what they are made out of, how they work, cost, and how long they last. They explain every little detail of what's happening next and gently walk you through the process so everything is stress free. They also have some awesome deals and promotions going on, which I was able to take advantage of because they notified me of the promotion instead of waiting for me to bring it up or charging me full price. I've gone back for several appointments and everytime everything is a smooth process.

I genuinely want to thank you all for the work I've gotten done, I finally feel beautiful and refreshed again. Its really brightened my outlook on my appearance and we did not use too much or too little product, everything was perfection. Can't wait...
