Itās funny how you can make sure that a card was on file for the appointment but you couldnāt make sure there was a phone number on file, let alone while I had to make sure I confirmed my own appointment your company could have asked for a number on file at that time as well. But failed to do so. So me as a customer would either have to take the half package (when we wanted the whole package) or reschedule for your mess up. And make time another day. I am a stay at home mom and barely get any time away, for them to make me have to move my day around multiple time just to let me know I mess up for not giving them the information they needed to make sure I had a great experience. If anything it has been nothing but a headache. They couldnāt even reach out to my husband to apologize let alone I didnāt even get an deceant apology. It was I spoke to the person about it and we can give you half of the package. Or reschedule. Great customer service
Waste of an anniversary gift, and waste of my time. My husband set up a full package deal. I never got a confirmation email/call, so I called myself to confirm appoint and time at 11am. They stated it was at 12:30 not 11:00. So I show up at the new time they told me to. When I got there they then told me I was suppose to be there at 11:00 and they would only be able to either do half of the appointment, reschedule or cancel. They then stated they tried to email me (which was never true,) and when asked why I didnāt get a call they stated they never got a number on file when setting up the appointment. There was no accommodating the situation, it was those three option and a oops but I spoke to the person about that...

I purchased a package of 3 services and was told after my massage that I had to wait an hour for the next service. This was something that should have been discussed on the phone during the scheduling process. I would not have purchased this if I had known that.
I was told to take a shower while waiting if I wanted, but when I got in the shower it was broken. I touched the shower handle and it literally fell to the ground and I was naked trying to fix it. Not at all what I was expecting from a spa.
After showering I still had 45 minutes to wait and there was nothing at this spa for that wait time. No baths, pools, hot tubs, no accessible drinking water for clients, really nothing at all. Not worth the price point.
I was so frustrated about this scheduling and timing issue. Poor scheduling and poor facilities. I highly recommend taking your money to a more established spa with more amenities and if you do use this spa, be sure to inquire about your package scheduling so you aren't sitting for an hour with nothing to do.
When leaving and trying to pay, the front desk worker would not stop pushing me to buy a monthly membership and upsell me. Even after saying no, she kept pushing me and it was uncomfortable. Hard sales after a spa treatment? Way to take someone right out of their relaxation. No thanks :)

Spavia offers services other facilities don't offer like a relaxation room with warm neck pillows you can utilize before and after your service a space you can relax. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take advantage of all the luxurys do to me being a plus size customer, they did not have a robe in my size. The lady at the front desk was super apologetic which I appreciate. There prices are super competitive and facility clean and relaxing, Marcus is amazing i will definitely be booking with him again. The only thing I would change is extending the sizes offered with the robes and slippers Update: I've been going to Spavia now for awhile Marcus is no longer with the company since then I've tried multiple therapist either due to them leaving the company or the message style was not a fit. That being said I've hit the jackpot I've seen Kerri 3 to 4 times now and seriously just had the best message of my life. Kerri is super knowledgeable and really listen to me and my body to deliver a one of a kind experience.
