Went to Reivers a couple weeks ago on a Sunday evening. After ordering our meal on the patio I turned and noticed the bartender making multiple tables drinks without a face mask. I brought it up to our server (who was wearing a mask and respecting all mandates) and she apologized, notified the bartender of our concern to which he rolled his eyes and reluctantly put a mask on. Before our meals came out, we saw a server (inside the restaurant) talking to a table of 5 with his mask on his neck. A patron at my table took some photos of the server and after I went to use the restroom, the bartender approached me and said, “hey, you’re not allowed to take photos in our restaurant, so if you could tell that chick to delete her photos that would be great.” I laughed in his face and went back to my table. Towards the end of our experience and after a couple confrontations with the same employee he decided to tell us that the mask mandate was still optional and he didn’t have to abide by it. He even followed our party onto the sidewalk to continue to “inform” us on how a MANDATE is optional. He was clearly a manager or the manager was MIA. This place is disgusting and if it is just a bad apple I feel bad for the owners. Again, our server (who I wish I remember her name) was brilliant and stuck to all laws, regulations,...

Was excited but ended up disappointed.

Staff seemed somewhat friendly but more interested in socializing amongst themselves rather than helping us. Somewhat unprofessional and inattentive.

Food seemed like it was designed well by whoever did the menu but was notably bad in actual preparation. Probably an undertrained cook. Fish taco aioli was poorly done and ended up tasty "eggy" like an egg drop soup. Coleslaw they served was just shredded cabbage with no mayo or sauce component, which is not coleslaw.

Fish part of the taco was cooked well and the rice was really well done. Salad was well prepared.

Online menu is wildly out of date. Many/most of the items aren't available. We had an infant. Server was unhelpful unaccomodating. Sat us under the blasting music speaker. My wife asked if we could move or turn it down. They told her they'd turn it down but just totally blew us off.

At this price or cheaper there's so many better...
