We had a unique experience with Modern Bungalow. We bought a beautiful handcrafted dining set and three of the chairs were subsequently damaged after we had owned them for a year. We called Modern Bungalow to see if they could have them refinished at a charge of course. They were able to do that for a $100 each which we thought was reasonable.

But then they asked how is our table doing? The weird thing was it had developed micro cracks in the finish and they said, no problem it has a lifetime warranty. I wasn't even looking to get it refinished and suddenly I was faced with returning my table to have it repaired. They even sent out a loaner table and paid for the cost of shipping. "Who does that these days?"

I was not expecting that nor was I asking for that but they truly delivered on their word. I guarantee you that kind of customer service does not exist to my knowledge but here we found it at Modern Bungalow. So refreshing in the world we...

We found a very customer-friendly retailer recently, Modern Bungalow. After having our den repainted, the old carpet seemed well old and dated. We needed something to work well with the new lighter look and wanted a "Persian" style carpet with a strong ivory base color scheme. I worked with Modern Bungalow to find the right carpet. We went back and forth looking at a number of options, all remotely. Throughout it all, we were provided with useful and patient guidance. The carpet we selected arrived as promised and we had the old carper replaced (still in fine condition), which we donated. We can't be happier with the outcome. The knowledge, friendliness, and accommodating nature of the staff is very impressive. For example, they gave us a sample of fabric to take home along with a postage-paid envelope to send it back to them—unprecedented in our experience!
