Great experience overall working out, the music is great and instructors are awesome! Haven’t found another stupid like this and I hope they keep expanding through denver. Only not great experience during the workout was when an instructor was blasting upbeat Beyoncé song extremely loud during shavasana, love beyonce, just not during shavasana.
Giving three starts because I tried to utilize the showers here once, and won’t be again- there’s hair matted down covering the drain so the water does not drain properly. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks/months. Left standing in several inches of gross water while showering. Also found out the hooks in the showers are command strips when all my dry clothes and bag fell on the wet ground when the hook fell off🙃.
Lastly, the weights are always a disorganized mess. Can ownership please make adjustments so 3/5/7.5/etc weights are sectioned off properly with dividers so people don’t have to dig through a pile for the right weights? The way the weights are placed in the back right corner also makes putting the weights up a traffic jam very single time. Maybe put them in a better place or have some arrow stickers on the ground directing the flow of returning/grabbing weights.
All that said, these are small things that can be fixed, still big fan...
Read moreUpdate: customer service reached out to me and refunded me, they are very sweet, it’s just getting ahold of them that’s the issue. If you call the main line it’ll say you’ve called outside of their customer service hours even though you’ve called within them… anyways - the classes are great and the vibe is amazing, customer service is the only thing that could use some fixing!
Hi! I’m really just posting the 1 start review so I can hopefully get some help - I’ve reached out to customer service for the past few weeks and have received only automated answers. I cancelled my account, was charged (which was expected, I didn’t cancel before the deadline), but it stripped my access of booking any classes despite me paying for the remainder of the month. I looooove Yoga Box, but the customer service is making it really difficult 😣 I will change my star rating once this gets settled I’m just not sure what to do...
Read moreI go to various Yoga Box studios and they are all consistently good with a great variety of teachers. The reason I’m a 3 instead of a 5 is because of the tech situation. While the app works a lot better now, I still find it frustrating that I can’t sign in via the website directly when I’m on my laptop. And when I’ve tried to talk to them about my website issues, they’ve brushed me off and pushed me to the app. It doesn’t occur to them that someone’s phone might die or get lost and then they can’t access their schedule to cancel a class if need be, etc. I also have a disability that makes it challenging for me to use mobile phones, so I am primarily on laptops for everything I do, but they don’t seem to care… Not a very considerate or inclusive experience for those of us with disabilities, and they don’t seem...
