STAY AWAY FROM SIGNING UP WITH ANY OF THEIR PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES.

It started when we used the one free session of personal training class. Matt motivated us to take the personal training classes and we told him that we are not going to be able to take any PI classes until September 2023. He told us that is not a problem and we have 30 days to cancel if we change our mind, which makes sense. He did not tell us the credit card will charge us on that same day (August 7, 2023). This is not right.. why would the monthly payment started to charge our credit card in August 2023 after we specifically told him we can’t do PI training until September 2023.
Make the story short: A few days went by and we decided to push back our PI training until January 2024 as we have other obligations this year. So we went to Crunch and told them that we want to cancel our September PI classes and will sign up for January 2024 PI training instead. Kash, the PI manager told us that we can’t cancel the agreement. According to him, Matt has misinformed us about 30 days cancelation policy, it is actually 30 days AFTER 3 months Agreement is OVER, so we stuck in paying 3 months of PI training that we can’t even use. Matt didn’t show us any paperwork that we could read when they asked us to sign on their signature pad.
NEVER EVER SIGN ANYTHING ON THE SAME DAY WITH CRUNCH especially with the Personal Training sessions related.
Make sure you ask them to give you a copy of the agreement so you can read it at home BEFORE you sign anything, no matter how nice or sweet the personal trainer talk to you.
This a shady way to run a business and we are very disappointed with the way Crunch handle our issue. We thought Crunch is different than other gyms and we had recommended so many people to go there. Read moreI stopped at this Crunch while I was traveling and let me tell you. This place is so nice! It was clean, the people were super friendly, and the staff were lifesavers!!!
Upon walking in immediately it passed the eye and vibe check. It smelled fresh and sanitized and the music was a good clean mix.
The people were so cool!! Coming from the south, northerners in general can get a bad wrap. My visit was quite the opposite. People were nice, hospitable, and so fun. It was also fun seeing a group class while I was checking out the facility. People were just in there having a blast. It was just really cool to see.
Finally, the staff. I was greeted by this little ball of energy Jill. She immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me navigate my way through the gym. I found out later she was the manager. Super cool and helpful. The next two staff members, Kate and Matt, are both trainers at this location and if I didn’t live a thousand miles away I’d be there every day working with them. Kate was the MVP and really made an awesome workout for me. She made it fun and challenging but more importantly she supported me the entire session. You need that hype person sometimes and she was definitely it. Matt came in clutch and helped with some limitations I had since he has a background in physical therapy it was super helpful.

Crunch Fitness provides a clean, well-organized space with a wide variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. The machines were in excellent condition, and the layout allowed for an efficient workout without feeling overcrowded. She was proactive in resolving issues and made a point to engage with members, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
