East Meets West - Deptford Mall — Attraction in Deptford Township

Employees are rude and disrespectful. Don't go here because you will get utterly disrespected for no reason at all. Ask a question and the people in the store give you a problem. I recommend that customers don't go there until there is a house cleaning and change of employees that work there they are rude. Don't spend your money here. They don't even know about what they sell. They also don't have the integrity to treat customers with respect. All they value is disrespecting customers. Get the two girls that were scheduled Friday September 27th 2024. Get them out of there before y'all lose more business. The two girls working there can not promote positive energy with the negative energy they have in them. It's not on them it's in them. Know the difference when you step in to a place such as this. They need sage in there life. Don't buy anything out of that store until they leave. The manager made a bad decision hiring them they are completely clueless about what they sell. Ask them a question they don't know nor do they seem to care they have non nonchalant attitudes get them out of there they shouldn't be there. The manager had no problems with me He was genuinely nice His name is Brian. He's cool but his employees need to be checked. They need to leave or y'all are going to lose business at this location. So today which is October 2nd I walk in the store I say absolutely nothing to the girl with black hair. And she calls security on me just for being in the store she didn't even tell me she was calling security on me. My intention was to make a purchase and leave. So this same girl is still holding a grudge just because I asked her a question a week ago. Don't spend you money there she was completely disrespectful. The first time came into the store we spoke cordial. Everything thing I did when I first went in the store they had no problems. I even walked in the store when the manager Brian was there and we had cordial conversation the same way I always do. I Even had cordial conversation with the girl with the black hair prior to this day October 2nd which is today. Even the girl with red hair was cordial. I come one day and ask a question and they all have an attitude. I haven't spoken to Brian since then. He had absolutely no problem with me. So I thought everything was peace. So y'all will not any business from me any more until y'all east and was rectify the problem until you I will make sure that I tell everyone y'all do...

As a former employee of East Meets West, I cannot in good conscience recommend shopping here. While the company markets itself as a haven of love, light, and spiritual well-being, the reality behind the scenes is far from it. Staff members are overworked, underappreciated, and penalized for speaking out about legitimate concerns. The so-called supportive atmosphere is nothing more than a façade.
