Raymour & Flanigan REALLY WANTS you to have a great experience with them from finding the furniture that fits your home down to the delivery in less than a day. My furniture was delivered with so much care and ease. The most important piece to this wonderful experience was that I, unfortunately, miscalculated measurements for a sofa I ordered. Although they didn’t tell me that I can deny the furniture delivery if I wasn’t satisfied with it (well in this case, the incorrect measurements of the sofa), they still went beyond their minor delivery policy and worked it out with me and even THIS was painless! They did EVERYTHING. They changed my order, scheduled another delivery/pick up, they picked up the couch and delivered a loveseat that fits perfectly in my living room. I’m sure this probably happens with them ALL the time. But it was their ease, there assurances, their mission to make sure I was pleased with their service. I was so relieved they were understanding and went ahead and made the exchange. Nowadays, customer service at major retailers and companies are NOT accommodating to their customers. R&F was different. I was very, very pleased with their customer service and care, and I will be making more visits at the R&F outlet store on Clements Bridge Av in Deptford New Jersey. I was just very pleased with the services of sales associates, Richard (my sales associate), and Wesley, and Miss Brandy in customer service. I know R&F furniture is a tad pricey, but with their selection and quality, I would shop there again. They have sales, and it’s best to shop at their outlet stores because prices seem significantly lower. There’s no other furniture outlet store to compare to where they gave their absolute all to make sure you are pleased with the product and had a great experience with them! I almost forgot lol! Read moreWhere shall I begin? The only positive experience at this store was the woman who so patiently helped us pick out our perfect sectional. The experience plummeted into the most aggravating dumpster fire I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We were guaranteed 3 day delivery of an in-stock sectional; but clearly this was not the case. The day we were to receive a call regarding our delivery time, we called (yes, we had to call) the store to check in. We were told that too many of that particular sectional were sold and there was a delay in our shipment. Disappointed and rightfully so, we were assured shipping the following week. One week came and went, and another call about a delay. That week also came and went; I then called to speak with the “manager”, Caroline. The only thing she managed to do was upset me further, and make excuses about the rarity of this occurrence. She then proceeded to attempt to blame the kind & accommodating sales associate for guaranteeing a 3 day delivery, which is such a blatant lie, as their pamphlet and advertising clearly state the 3 day “guarantee”. Unbelievably rude and dishonest. Although we were upset, we held out because we really loved the sectional. A MONTH LATER, we were still being told it was delayed. We went in to cancel our order today, and the associate at the Customer Service desk called Caroline over to sign off on our return. She was standing but 8 feet away and must have known exactly who we were because she made a mad dash to the back and hid from us. She knew she was wrong and we waited 20 more minutes for another manager to come approve our return. We finally got to leave the store, and upon leaving I look to my left and the manager who approved our refund was standing with 2 other employees. The store had a lot of options but when it came to the delivery of the furniture and the communication from the store it has been horrible. I placed an order for some furniture in October. As we were choosing our furniture i had set the precedence that one of the most important factors was the date of delivery. I needed all the furniture by thanksgiving. I told the sales associate this and if this couldn't be done i would choose a different style or go somewhere else. I was told my the sales associate that part of my order would be in on Oct 23rd and the rest Nov 6th. With this expectation i set the order. I received part of the order on Oct 23rd but Nov 6 came and went and no answer. I called the store and they informed me there was a small delay but they will have the furniture by Nov 18th. Nov 18th came and i did not receive a call. I called the store and they informed me a manager will call me by the next day Nov 19th. The sales associates gave me a call and informed me that 2 out of the remaining 4 pieces that were missing can be delivered. I asked for that to be delievered, which i did, but I still want the manager to call me. Here we are 3 weeks later i still do not have the rest of my furniture and the manager has yet to call me.......this location is not worth the hassle especially for the price point of the furniture.
