Arrived here early morning around 7am while exploring around the reservoir, and on arrival I was astonished at really how well maintained and clean the park is. The display rocks were all in their proper place and not scattered across the walkways, and the paths were clean of debris. Using the on-site facilities was also enjoyable as it was very clean and supplied. Was as sanitary as I think is possible from a public park. As far as the grounds go, there are many enjoyable flowers and rock decorations placed throughout the park with many places to stop and take in a view. There is a large pavilion that would be great for gatherings, and just a few steps away is a large playground for the kids that was also in great condition. From the pavilion there are several winding pathways that weave around the aesthetic grounds that lead down to a small overlook of the lake and to the path that goes around the whole area for running, biking and hiking. Overall visiting here was a pleasure taking a short rest and being able to look out over the reservoir and enjoy...

Couldn’t find the ice skating area but may’ve missed it & just went walking instead. Lots of people out fishing through the ice, a few skiers tracks coming back to shore, and lots of kids sledding down the hill between the parking and the frozen lake edge near the parking. No bathrooms that I saw, but...
