One of the best coffee spots in town! The matcha here is absolutely amazing—smooth, vibrant, and perfectly balanced (not too sweet, not too bitter). If you’re a coffee person, this place is a must. They roast their own beans, and you can really taste the difference—fresh, rich, and full of flavor. Easily the best coffee I’ve had around here.

The vibe is great too. Super friendly baristas who actually seem to care about what they’re doing. They’re happy to chat, make recommendations, or just let you chill. Whether you’re grabbing something to go or hanging out for a bit, this place never disappoints....

I grew up in a small town where folks are friendly. I miss that, as you don’t always get that vibe in an area where tourists are everywhere. So you might imagine it was a breath of fresh air to be greeted at Dillon Coffee Lab by the owner Andrii. He was friendly and curious, but not prying or nosy (which occasionally accompanies small town life). This is just an amazing roaster and has the best beans I have had in the state. My daughter and I have spent my weekends going on drives around CO and always searching for local coffee roasters. We found Dillon Coffee Lab while heading to Loveland from the Denver metro. That was two weeks ago. It is so good, I made the drive back the next weekend to get two more bags of coffee and go hiking around Dillon. The bottom line is, if you truly love good coffee that is expertly roasted, then you must try their coffee. Two thumbs...
