I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito and my partner had the veggie. Both were so delicious!! Full figured and FULL of flavor!! All the INgredients were evenly distributed which is a huge plus when INjoyIN a burrito! No hot sauce needed! After devourIN the burrito I made my 2nd best decision of the mornIN, the 1st beIN to stop there IN the first place. I went back to order the waffle on a stick so I could have it fresh! WOW!! Literally the BEST waffle I've ever had IN my life!! Light, fluffy, topped with the perfect amount of syrup and served along side homemade whipped cream! It was the Chef's Kiss!! The food is made fresh when ordered so there can sometimes be a bit of a wait when theres a line of orders, especially on weekends or holidays. That being said, the longest I've waited is 30 min on a holiday weekend and it is worth the wait every time. The burritos are massive and delicious. A sit down breakfast place would take way longer just to get a seat. Locals can get a punch card too! :) If you want fast food on a holiday weekend in a tourist town, go to McDonald's. As I took the first bite of my burrito I started to hear the faint sound of angel trumpets. The clouds parted and a ray of sunlight beamed upon my edible treasure. The fate of my newly beloved was destined to be short lived.
The flavor was fantastic with the components masterfully arranged like a symphony composed by Vivaldi. The composition and distribution of ingredients was nothing short of genius, each bite better than the one before. As I gazed upon the snow capped Rocky Mountains while devouring this pièce de résistance, I became enveloped in a warm glow.
