Update: after calling the individual that I spoke to over the phone didn’t do absolutely anything to try and satisfy the disappointed customer which is me. After mentioning that I had called two times to express my concerns and I have nothing much to say other than what I wrote on the review and mentioned the other two phone calls. The woman on the phone stated oh OK. Well then goodbye and did absolutely nothing to rectify any situation. I’m stating that they only write back to you so it makes it seem like they’re gonna do something but El car wash seems to disappoint in every department.

As a result of these negative experiences, I have decided that I will not be returning to El Car Wash in Doral. I’ve come here all the time with no issues, we have two registered cars to this location, we stopped by for a quick vacuum because of a spill I had in my car. Didn’t take longer than 5-10 minutes before Angelica or Angelina I don’t really remember her name came up to me whilst I was vacuuming my car, she was stocking up on the towels when she had looked at my car and said I had to leave. She immediately says that I have to leave because I didn’t wash my car, she didn’t ask if I had a membership which I will be cancelling because she was unnecessarily rude when she didn’t ask me anything. I explained to her that it’s the first time I get told this and asked why I would have to leave when I came in multiple cars followed behind me without going through the wash first and how on their website it also states “ Although some of our car wash packages include a full interior detail, for those who prefer to simply utilize our drive thru car wash, we offer a full line of vacuums within our facilities for you to vacuum your vehicle free of charge at all El Car Wash locations! “ nevertheless, not even worth it, it doesn’t just take good products for the company to do good when your customer service has...
