I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a refrigerator in person and the salesperson said multiple times it'd be delivered the upcoming Tuesday. So I took off of work for Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I got no notification for my delivery. I called the store and they said it was set for Wednesday instead causing me to have to take off an additional day of work. My salesperson offered a $100 gift card for the inconvenience since I had to take off work two days now. My delivery was set for 2-6p. I still heard nothing from delivery drivers until 8p and they showed up at 8:30pm way past the delivery window. The delivery was okay and the fridge was set up. The temperature was already set to cool and all night it stayed at 80F. Even the next morning I checked and it was still 80F and not cooling at all. I had my appliance guy check the fridge and he said it had 4 error codes on it and showed the compressor was broken. So this was another inconvenience to have a ābrand newā fridges be delivered to me already BROKEN. So I called the store and the salesperson I had been speaking with prior was very rude over the phone, trying to make me exchange the fridge instead of returning it, and told me Iād no longer be getting the $100 gift card I was promised after the fridge was delivered. I was offered the gift card for the delivery inconveniences, so just because it came to me broken and I was returning it now he said heās not going to give it to me because Iām ācutting ties with brandsmartā which I never said at all. I actually was planning on buying my TV from there and just wanted more time to look at different brands of fridges before repurchasing. So I went to the store and talked to the managers because this was unacceptable and unprofessional. The managers said they would take care of it and also send me the gift card. Then a few days later the fridge was picked up for a return. Over a week goes by and I still received no refund or any email verifying I was getting my funds back. So I called multiple days in a row and each person told me a different thing about when I would get my refund. Regardless it was past 5-7 business days. So I talked to customer service after sales team transferred me to them and she said she could not help me at all. What is the point of customer service if they cannot help a customer? I asked to talk to a manager and she said no one was there. Then magically one appears. She said no one ever went through the process of verifying that my fridge was in fact picked up and my refund was never submitted. I was told multiple times days prior that was refund was coming. That is totally unacceptable to lie and I still had to wait another few days for the refund. Also still havenāt received any gift card. Would NOT recommend this...

I was initially told that the dryer wasnāt in stock and there was no estimated arrival. The sales representative informed me that he would call me once they both were in stock.
My neighbor was searching for a new set as well so I told her about the one I ordered. She went to the exact same location that I did a week after me and she received her washer and dryer before me. I was furious at this point. I called the store countless times and kept asking for a supervisor but no one ever called me back. Left numerous amounts of messages w/ different representatives and still no call back.
Instead of a supervisor calling me back they had my original sales representative call me to set up a delivery time. We set the date up for April 6. The time frame was 2-6 pm. I literally altered my entire day to fit that time frame. Yesterday at 2:20 pm I received a call from the distribution center. He informed me that the driver was in an accident and they were still going to try and fit me in the schedule for the day, he asked what was the latest I could receive the delivery I told him 6:00pm and that I was leaving out right after for a funeral. Yesterday at 8:00 pm my ring doorbell went off and it was the delivery driver. I wasnāt home and had already left. I had to call someone to go over to my house to let them in. Once my mom got there they told her that the dryer was broken and they would have to reschedule delivery for it. So I spoke to the delivery guy myself he said some type of screw was broken on the dryer so I refused the entire order at that point. Iām beyond furious at this point. Iāve waited all of this time and then you get here just for the dryer to be broken? They left trash from the appliances in front of my driveway. Just horrible customer service.
So I call the store this morning and Iām transferred all around and still no supervisor. This is the worst customer service Iāve EVER received. I worked in retail for 10 1/2 years so customer service is everything to me. This is ridiculous.
On top of the washer and dryer issue. I purchased a new tv that day as well. The past couple of days there has been a white line popping up in the top right corner of the tv. Itās very random and literally came out of nowhere. So now the tv needs to be replaced.
This entire experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. Iāve never experienced such bad service. I couldāve easily ordered these items off the website but I chose to go to the store and I honestly regret it. I sent an email and never got a response back. Iām never able to speak to a supervisor. This Peachtree Industrial location used to be the stable for both customer service & organization but after 2 recent visits, has clearly shown me I need to travel a little further to the Stockbridge store.
First it's the quick glare, then look away quickly walk away from the customer that is approaching. Then let's turn our body the opposite way, keep looking away so the customer will know we don't want to be bothered.
"Don't bother me" let me finish my awesome conversation with my coworker, both the vibe & energy from the three young sales associates (2 young woman & 1 man) that worked the front entrance electronics (tablets & laptop area) a little after 6ish you lost possible commission.
Now, I'm not gonna act like I'm a big spender or was gonna make a really big purchase & make up a whole story that I was going to buy a lot of items.
However, I will say, I do have a $10,500 Synchrony Bank Brandsmart CC that I was looking use by replacing 2 RCA tablets that my goddaughters damage (which I purchased from same brandsmart in better days) & yes, I know it's a credit card & the credit limit I have to pay back for whatever I spend. But to me it's still shows how much I shop at brandsmart to have a in-store only line of credit.
To me, you let a VIP customer (I know it's a store š³) walk out with a very sour taste in his mouth. That I'm willing to drive extra 30 miles to Stockbridge location or maybe it really doesn't matters cause it's all brandsmart anyway??
I will implore this store owner to have each departmental shift manager have a prep talk with their staff. To end the small talk with each other, to never judge a customer by their appearance (not look away & walk away) because the customer you think won't buy anything could be the customer that leads to a commission.
It's not all bad news, the young man that worked customer service Sunday, I didn't catch is name but he did have a mask on, was flat out funny & helpful he printed a receipt from me from the original purchase. He save the day, maybe he sense I was tense from the horrible service I experience at election tablets & laptop area & made the situation better by being humorous & very polite, he should be a leader on the floor, because that kid is going to higher places. Tell him thank you "my guard dog's" are actually gonna get new tablets š.
But overall I'll end, the side conversations your employees have & lack of response to customers need to stop cause can make anyone turn around & some may not be willing to travel to the next brandsmart, they might go to your...
