There's a lot of food options in this plaza. Many have specific hours they open and close, please be aware of this before coming. Inside is an open space with minimal decorations that aid in the overall atmosphere. Booths are to the left against the wall, tables are in the middle right in front of a window to the kitchen where you can see the chef's cooking. At the furthest right there's a partition for big family tables. We were seated at a booth and we're nicely greeted in Spanish which surprised me at first. I appreciate whenever there's assistance in Spanish to bring my parents next time. I wasn't able to get her name, I can say I came around five and I was seated quickly. The server who took orders was Alan and he was exceptionally nice and fast. We received our food at a timely manner while we talked and when food arrived it was hot. At the table there are small plates to share food. The Mapo tofu is a vegetarian option but you can add ground beef to it. The beef Lo Mein is a generous portion that was "pretty good" according to my companion. The general tsu's chicken was "excellent" according to my other companion. Restrooms were two stalls and they were relatively clean. Note: They do not accept American Express. Entrees come with white rice. The tables have hand sanitizer. They are...
Read moreWhile out this Saturday my friend was telling me about his good experience here so we came for lunch. The place is nicely appointed and though crowded not noisy and the service was quick and efficient. The staff was very helpful with our questions and explaining the items. The food was excellent! Our hot and sour soup had a lighter base that others but was flavorful. The spring roll very good. BUT the calamari was hands down the best I have ever had! Fried with a light tempura breading with no oily taste. The squid was cooked perfect not chewy or rubbery at all. The bell pepper onions green onion salt and pepper sauce was to die for. This is a must try item! Our lunch I had the Home made Noodle with chicken. (chicken was not on the menu but they subbed it for me). My friend had the Stir Fry Flay noodle with beef. We both loved the dishes and both had over half our plate home as the portion was a good size, and we did have an appetizer. We will definitely return. 8/22 Update week later we came back for lunch again. And the calamari was just as good the food was just as good. Enjoyed that visit also. You really must come by and try this place. Adding a picture of today's lunch pork belly fried rice and a spring roll, the flat noodles with shrimp. And...

It opened up right when the pandemic hit, so not the greatest timing as lots of restaurants were forced to temporarily shut down during that time. They've been back open for few months now and it's impressive how they handled and health with that situation given they were new restaurant. So props there!
The cuisine is Chinese with a focus on the Szechuan region. So if you been to similar Szechuan restaurants, you should have an idea of what you're in for in terms of menu items and spice.
The interior decor is very traditional and definitely Chinese inspired in terms of aesthetics and color scheme. Reminds me of a dim sum restaurant in the tables layout. Wouldn't be surprised if they started serving it actually.
Anyways I had a few dishes, the boiled fish in chili stew which was amazing. Had the duck, which was okay to me, not that great. Also has the fish maw soup was very delicious.
They give you a lot of food so I really didn't order too much because of that.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience here. Food was good for the most part. Big menu so definitely have to come back and explore a bit more of it. Check it out if you're...
