Beauty Master — Attraction in Douglasville

I see that you have alot of bad reviews here. Let me say that I think your store is Nice. My apologies for the incorrect information I had listed before.. (*This business is owned by Koreans not by Japanese. Not that I personally have an issue either way. As I have studied & instructed the Martial Arts from both realms for many years now. * But it unfortunately does change the view point on the wild cats.) My friends and I were told this and the rest by a man your business hired to clean around your parking area a few months ago. Although he was wrong about the ownership, everything else seems to be on time info. Regardless, I don't care for how you moved into a community and tried to make some negative changes for it. I'm having a real hard time understanding why you would go and complain about the local wild cat community knowing they will keep you from having any rodent infestations, like so many dollar stores are currently having to close their stores to deal with. I do know that many people in this community that feed those kitties and would give them Loving Homes, if they could catch them. But now animal control is trying to catch them and do God knows what to them... Seriously, whom are they hurting?!? Plus, it has also come to my attention that you're Not Fans of the Semi-truckers that park overnight here. Yet, Everyone knows that Walmarts across this country have Always Welcomed Travelers to Park in their Large Extended Lots Overnight for Safety & Rest. Now, they are having to park directly in front of your store, in your customers way, due to Sam's Club carts blocking their old parking spaces across the lot, that would have them mostly out of the way of your business. Not to mention that some of those truckers happen to be women or have woman traveling with them. They may want to spend some of their money at your store... You might want to consider being more courteous to them and our community if you want your business to last here. I have watched a few flop over the years, in your very space, due to bad...

Nice store, but if you’re looking for a job I wouldn’t pick this Beauty Master. They fire you for personal reasons, not even because you’re doing a bad job. When they don’t like you they micro manage you and gather the smallest mistakes you make just to have some kind of reason to fire you. The coworkers who have been working there are too close with the managers and I always over hear them talking about other coworkers behind their backs. I would always get my job done, was always respectful, and was great with communication, but one of the managers (latoya…) had an issue with me for god knows what. She was always very passive aggressive with me and would dress code me for wearing clothes I’ve worn to work before and no one had an issue BUT her (jealous much?…) When they fired me, instead of calling me they just took me off the schedule which is extremely unprofessional. I had to call up there and the reasons they fired me were so minor. No wonder they’re always hiring because they fire people for no actual reason and they don’t train well. They get one of the regular coworkers to tell you how to use the register and sometimes they leave things out and later on you’ll get in trouble for not knowing when the managers or the workers who's been there the longest should've been training. Not all of the coworkers are rude and passive aggressive but some are just bullies and the managers don’t care because they’re “friends” before they’re managers. I was also told about get two checks when I got fired and they have yet to contact me about the second one so where...

BE PREPARED TO BE FOLLOWED AROUND THE ENTIRE STORE! I WILL ASK FOR THEM TO HOLD MY HAND WHEN I COME IN AND IT SHOULD BE FINE NEITHER ONE OF US WILL FEEL CHEATED!

Update: I thought the store had gotten better… I give second chances.. I understand those who just need what they need and leave (nothing personal) i was that individual. WAKE UP! Some things are unacceptable. You will be followed to be asked what form of payment are you using, you will be followed to remind you what time they close, you will be followed because you may just shove a wig up your skirt.( I literally don’t bring my purse in because by God you’ll be looking for trouble) Just because you haven’t experienced it doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Trust me it’s a moment. I literally had to talk to my children about how to handle tough experiences like this. It’s sad that they hire relatable people to do the dirty work for them.(TACTICS) May I suggest getting a security booth to allow security to watch without making potential customers feel uncomfortable.
