The store itself is pretty good. I like the variety of options, including some eco-friendly choices. The store is very clean and most items are easy to find. I also liked that they have a few vegan food options.

What ruined the experience for me; however, is the fact that the employees followed and watched me around the store the entire time until I checked out. Thus, I wasn't able to relax as a customer. This makes me not want to return.

Being an introvert, I do like the self-check out options, but I wish there was one or two lines to check out with an actual cashier, so I can minimize...

First time visiting a Popshelf store, wasn't sure what to expect. Was very clean and organized. To me it like a mix between a dollar tree and 5 & below. They had household items (throw pillows, silverware, decor etc, snacks, body washes, lotion...basically a mix of everything. It's all self checkout, I didn't see any staff unless they were blended in as customers. Wasn't greeted or approached by anyone. I don't particularly like the location of the store. I went to this location 1-15-25, which is a great location by far. Great, friendly associate. Unfortunately, the stump outside the location was out of place and damaged with huge nails sticking out of it unbeknownst to me, causing damage to my vehicle and pulling my front bumper off. The photos/video shown is after I placed it back on, but unfortunately, as shown, it wasn't sufficient enough, and more damage is following. I left my information with the store in hope that they'll do the right thing and pay for repair as opposed to telling me my insurance provider...
