I placed an order for pick up and showed up at the store because I need few more things. I asked an employee inside the store (as NO ONE was at the front) about a pick up order he said it was his first day but went to ask and said my order was up front I finished shopping and went to checkout asked about a pick up order and CHERISE OR SHERICE was super rude and unpleasant first she said oh you just placed it its not ready I said I did not just place it she said well 57min ago. I said when will it be ready so I can come back she said I will go grab it came back and said we dont have it and kept walking away⌠rude unprofessional and unpleasant. I asked for my refund she said it will refund me automatically as she barely was facing me. I come here all the time never had a bad experience typically the employees are just doing their own thing and dont like to be bothered but this time I had no choice but to ask. Yall need to do better with people coming to shop with their own money a simple hi how are you or sorry we do not have it but you will be refunded wouldve been more than enough.    Read moreWent in today. And not only today, the last few times i have went i literally canât even shop. Itâs boxes stacked literally everywhere! And every aisle i went down i couldnât even look without almost stepping on an employee or bumping into a bunch of stacked boxes. Not all but most of the staff are rude and you can tell they donât want to be there. I swear this afternoon a man was on the phone having an inappropriate conversation that shouldnât be had in front of anyone let alone a customer. I get it itâs 2025 weâre all on our phones including me. But it was very messy and gossipy whoever he was talking to. I felt uncomfortable even hearing it. Trying to do a full stock of the store at 1pm is ridiculous. Now i will say this tho. They are always stocked up. This is the second time me and my little have gone there that they say they donât have this merchandise but clearly online it shows it is in stock at the Douglasville location including that you can pay for the product online and pick it up at that store. What really pissed me off is that they did not go check the back. If I worked there I would go to see if we had that product because that is the person I am. One lady in particular would not even help her fellow coworker stock some other products and she said âshe wasnât going to do that,â and preceded to be on her phone.
