ADORN512 Jewelry — Attraction in Downers Grove

I brought my 10 year old daughter to Adorn512 as a walk in to get her ears pierced this past week. The women running the store were so accommodating. The lady who does the piercing had already left for the day, but returned in order for us to be serviced. The store is clean, the way the equipment was handled was hygienic (hands were Her “washed, gloves were u. sed, chair was cleaned before and after the piercing) and the overall ambience was peaceful and calm. My daughter felt very comfortable and there was no pressure to hurry up or push anyone into anything. The placement of the earrings was a decision that included us and I did not feel like a bother when I asked for the placement dot to be moved prior to the piercing. My daughter was able to have her birthstone as her “training earrings” which was unique! The front of the store has a lot of cool things and we ended up purchasing a few fun gifts before leaving. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a seamless and calm piercing experience!! I will also be coming back...

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — they made me feel completely at ease and took the time to walk me through every step of the process.

My piercer was professional, patient, and had an amazing bedside manner. They made sure I was comfortable and informed, using sterile equipment and explaining proper aftercare thoroughly. I also have to say, the jewelry selection at Adorn512 is stunning! I ended up choosing a gorgeous piece that is not only high-quality but also totally my style — I've gotten so many compliments already!

4/15/2021 review: I cannot say enough. So I purchased something for myself from Adorn512 along with a gift. I immediately lost one earring, contacted the shop and they quelled my anxiety by allowing me to purchase a single earring - they were placing an order for me. Well I found it this morning so cancelled the order and dealt with a wonderful young woman on the phone that was happy for me that I found it. I love this business model - they clearly love what they do and it shows!!

2 months ago review:I found them first on Amazon Handmade, then realized they were very close to me. I love the products they offer online, and a trip to the shop is a must! It's in the heart of downtown DG....with curbside pickup or plenty of parking for spending more time. I think this will be my new go-to...
