Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Management. I wish 0 stars was an option!!! My husband left me his credit card for our transaction while he went out to pick up our takeout from Flattop with our baby son. Mind you they had already made an announcement that only 4 registers were working. I know this is a high volume store so I was prepared to wait for at least 20-30 minutes, No problem, things happen. When it was finally my turn, my receipt didnāt print out after I selected email & print. The transaction was approved and it came out right away on my husbandās bank app. The cashier tried reprinting a couple of times to no avail. He called the manager over and she couldnāt get the receipt to print either. So she decided to reboot the register and it froze? What the hell? Since my husband wasn't with me I asked him to send me a screenshot of the transaction and I showed it to the manager. She thought it intelligent to say that it said pending on the transaction and that it had not gone through. My husband took our son to pick up some food from FlatTop next door and since he has the same credit card on his Apple Pay, it went through perfectly and they gave him a receipt just fine. The only solution the manager had was to charge the card YET AGAIN for all the items in my cart that were already bagged. How the hell does a multimillion dollar corporation not have IT or some other logical solution to something as simple as PRINTING A RECEIPT? Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, my husband checked his credit card statement and there it is, TWO CHARGES. As a TJX cardholder he is completely outraged. Iām very disappointed and disgusted with how this was handled. This was supposed to be a happy trip to start shopping for our new home and it ended up being an...

Yesterday, I went on a mission to find a beautiful print of The Kiss by Gustav Klimt. After checking 3 different Marshalls, I finally found it at the Yorktown Mall location! But as I was leaving, I made the mistake of trying to carry the huge painting by myself⦠and it fell, shattering glass everywhere right outside the store. I could've just died from embarrassment. š I swear for 2 minutes it was dead silent because everyone saw what just happened; I was mortified. š
Thankfully, two AMAZING staff members, Stephanie and Geno, came to my rescue. They were incredibly kind, reassuring me that mistakes happen and that it was truly no big deal. Their calm, courteous attitude made me feel so much better in the moment. They didnāt hesitate for a second. Not only did they clean up all the glass (on the pavement and the artwork), but they made sure everything was safe and even helped load it into my car. They were calm, sweet, patient, and truly went above and beyond.
What started as a stressful and humiliating moment turned into a heartwarming reminder of how kind and helpful people can be. Stephanie and Genoās patience, understanding, and willingness to help transformed an embarrassing mess into a genuinely uplifting moment. What could have ruined my day instead became a moment of kindness Iāll never forget. Iām so grateful!! ššš
Thank you SO SO MUCH, Stephanie and Geno!! Marshalls is lucky...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst of all I would like to say this location have a good variety of certain products like handbags, cosmetics, and socks. Things I usually go for when shopping here. Most of their employees are kind and professional but there is one particular guy I get really annoyed with today. When I go shopping I usually wear very small cross body bags for convenience as I get to have both my hands free. Today I came in to return a couple items and continued shopping afterwards. As I put the money back into my wallet and then shove that wallet in the bag I had a bit of a problem because the phone made it difficult to fit the wallet in so I struggled a bit. The guy working here kept looking at me intently and draws attention to me by calling from across the other side of the aisle to ask what's going on and others started to stare at me as if I was stealing something. I was confused and told him I was just having a hard time zipping up my bag and he look unconvinced. He then kept showing up in my proximity like trying to catch me stealing or something. Seriously? First of all I would never take anything that I didn't pay for, but if I were to ever attempt to steal something I would've wore a large handbag and conveniently shove things into it instead of a tiny bag that can't even fit both my wallet and phone at...
