If I could give a 0 star review I would. My experience has been absolutely horrible. Ordered a couch on Dec 15th 2024, with a delivery date of January 29th, 2025. They delivered the wrong couch, it was taken back. Then after going into store to see what happened they informed me that they didn’t have that couch in stock. This is mind blowing as to why they would sell me a couch that they knew wasn’t available!!! Or let alone deliver a couch that I didn’t order and didn’t think id notice. They finally found it and had us pay $50 more for the correct couch to be delivered to my house. I got a email that the couch would be delivered February 6th, 2025. It was not, then an email for delivery of February 7th, still nothing. Got another email that the couch was being delivered February 12th. Again it was not. Went into the store AGAIN on February 14th to see where in the world this couch was and they informed me it was in Indiana. I went ahead and just cancelled the order and demanded a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. The amount of days i had to personally change my work and personal schedule for this couch was not okay. You would think that a company with such size would be able to deliver subpar customer service.
